The customer support overall was some of the best I have ever experienced from a clothing company. The clothing looks great, they answered my sizing question right away with diligent insight.

Avoid. I think it's a scam. 2.5 weeks later and still no update on my order.

Great service, order came in 2 days.

5 stars as the product is excellent. Initially ordered a regular length pair of the smart pants, returned and re ordered longer leg.
Quality is great, no creasing and very comfortable to wear.
I would say the returns process is a tiny bit cumbersome, with too much manual input, but still a five star product and service.

It was my first time making an online clothes purchase and the staff were so patient when answering my many questions. I bought a pair of smart pants and they fitted really well. The delivery system was seamless and arrived within a few days. Overall my experience was great and I will definitely be back to make more purchases.

The most comfortable trousers I have ever worn. Stretchy, but look great for work. Going to order a few more pairs in different colors.

Worst experience yet with a clothing brand.

Ordered two tops on the 19th of May with their website saying 2 days delivery. Eventually received my order on the 5th of June. They promised me a free top for the delay, which seemed fair.

The whole process took dozens of emails, since the free top also took ages to arrive. They mentioned that they would keep me updated, but never have a received an email from them without me emailing first what the status was. The top arrived nearly 3 months (!!) later.

They even accused me that I already received the free top, and that I had to figure it out myself with my local post carrier. Only to find out later that their accusation was false and they were talking about my initial order. Literally making their problem, mine.

I will never order here again, think twice before you do too.

Product didn’t suit me, whilst customer service agent Joanna was great … no return label so £8.00 to send back to Belfast, Brexit! = Customs declaration. I also lost the original tax and shipping fees.
Positively it was a no quibble return (as t should be 14 days etc) and I got the cost of the item shown on Instagram back.
Clearly Brexit wasn’t the fault of W&H but as a consumer on mainland UK it certainly costs its customers money.
