Walker & Hunt popped up on my social feed around Christmas time last year and I loved the look of their Lando knitted stuff. I ordered a few knits to the UK along with a jumper and I absolutely loved the fit, style and quality of the garms! I'd say delivery took roughly 7-8 days (so don't expect rapid delivery - then again, this was over Christmas/New Year) but once it came I was over the moon with the quality of the items. I'm wearing them every day. I'm having to return one jumper at my own expense due to it not suiting me but as they're based in Belfast and I'm in London, both being in the UK, it's not as expensive as shipping back to ROI. Really look forward to seeing the future of this brand develop! A*

It's been almost a month and only 1 of 3 items has been delivered. And that item has since been returned. They told me the other 2 items weren't delivered due to stock issues. They then told me they now have the stock and have shipped the remaining order. And yet, it still hasn't been shipped, let alone delivered. Have 0 confidence this will arrive - seems pretty fraudulent.

Decided to write my first ever review to share my experience with the costumer support. I recently bought 2 items at Walker & hunt for christmas and got a message the parcel was ready to be picked up at the service point nearby. I was told the dpd packages were send back a little earlier to the original sender due to the holiday season.. I had to contact the company I ordered from. Costumer support states the package is delivered and picked up even though I did not. I emailed 3 times now with costumer support to explain what happened but they keep sending these automatic answers back, meanwhile I still dont have my parcel or refund

Communication is key in any business and walker and hunt constantly keep you updated

I am delighted with the purchase of My (Walker and Hunt ) weekend bag and wash bag.The quality and finish is top class.l will be buying from this site again.The service was excellent.

The customer service I received was excellent—everything felt smooth and efficient, which made the process very easy. The trousers are a lovely fit, and my husband is absolutely delighted with them. It’s always reassuring when sizing and quality meet expectations, and in this case, they exceeded them.
I also appreciate the attention to detail in the product. The fit is flattering, and the overall quality suggests durability, which is important to us. This positive experience has definitely encouraged me to purchase more items in the future.

Send parcel back to be exchanged for smaller size with a note explaining so with all the correct information which also cost me £18 to ship and instead of getting it exchanged for a smaller size I got the jumper refunded instead of changed and will have to wait 5-10 days work days for the refund to be in my account and if I reorder now it might not arrive in time to be a Christmas present which it was originally planned to be

Beautiful clothes

I have been in search for comfortable pants that I can wear to work as well as going out. I have tried pants from several companies on instagram. Walker & Hunt are the very BEST !! You will have no regrets. Plus their customer service is incredible….

I love the trousers wouldn’t recommend them high enough, but what’s even better is the staff they are all so helpful and reply instantly.

Very happy with the weekend bag, however I am disappointed with the postage. Ordered online Saturday evening, not dispatched until Wednesday and arived Monday.
Website states 1-2 days delivery which i fully understands that it doesn’t include weekend
Would have given 5 stars if it had arrived timely
