Thanks for your order with us. I have looked into this for you. You ordered on Friday the 28th of March. Due to it being a weekend your order was not shipped until Monday 31st. You selected our standard international shipping option which is a 4-8 business day service to your country. At the time of making your review, 4 business days had passed. I have contacted the courier for an update on this shipment for you.

For this reason, I feel like a 1 star review is an unfair reflection.

Customer Care

I had a great experience with customer care. Bought a shirt from Walker and Hunt, but it arrived with a small stain on it. After getting in contact with the team, they were more than happy to take it back to return it and replace it with a new one. They were very helpful and I was very pleased with their service and will definitely shop there again.

First Impressions of Walker and Hunt

Used Walker and Hunt for the first time and I must say I was extremely impressed with the quality of products received. Any issues I had regarding returns were promptly addressed by Joanna who was very helpful. Highly recommend this Irish company and looking forward to making future purchases.

Very helpful with sorting out my order and a very quick response time. I have bought a number of products from them before and I honestly have zero complaints.

End to end - Exceptional

I recently tried their products as was let down by a competitor. Initial thoughts were the products are of the highest quality and extremely comfortable. Having now dealt with customer services, I can also confirm they are extremely professional and efficient.
All round a fantastic company, highly recommend.

Small problem with existing bag

Had some very small issues with my bag. Contacted Walker and Hunt. It was quickly answered and problem solved and replacement sent immediately. Joanna was very understanding and polite and prompt with their reply. Would 100% use Walker and Hunt again fantastic company.
