Purchased headlights for my 2012 VW Golf that were specifically advertised by this seller for my vehicle, after paying a qualified auto electrician to install there is a constant headlight error displayed on the vehicle MFD. The seller continues to not provide a answer or fix for this and constantly dodges questions from on ebay messages. This has been going on for 4 months now with no resolution.

I just had these lights installed and blown away by how they transformed the rear of my pre-LCI 440iThey look stunning when on and off, adding depth and definition to an already pretty rear - this just perfected the car and certainly makes it stand out.I heard comments on these lights being dimmer than the standards, but that is certainly not the case for pre-lci lights.Up close, they look very high quality, light is even and the fitment seems to be an exact mould of the originals.Can't fault them in any way - I just hope the quality is high enough to match a genuine BMW product, and that they will stay intact for many years ahead. If not, I will update the review.

This company are a joke!! Ordered lights for a Mini Cooper and emailed the specific requirements for being legal in the UK. I even had to specify that the reverse lights were white.
They sent the lights and the reverse lights are red.
They then wanted me to pay for return postage to China. Honestly terrible customer service. They did offer an exchange but I'd have to pay for postage and customs. £100 that would be..not worth it.

Edit: I have since received the replacement bulb, still no reply from support however so very interesting customer service. I was able to get the tracking number from Instagram DMs with them however but they did not reply on any other platform, hope this helps someone in the same situation.

Hi VLAND, still waiting on a reply to my warranty. I received a defective bulb, so I can not use the front headlights.

Very disappointed as they replied reasonably quickly up until "Sorry for the delayed response. Is it convenient for you to provide me with a video? The factory said that it would like to check the problem of the bulb by video before the warranty." I then sent the video and have heard nothing since. Seen other reviews after the fact saying the same thing and they reply once the warranty period is over saying they cannot amend due to the period being over...

Warranty is 1 year, clearly I was within that warranty time.
They kept asking for pictures and videos which were all provided, they would say “let me check with my factory” or “let me check with customer service” then took weeks to email back. During these periods of silence from them we reached out several times asking for an update. They pushed it off until we were out of warranty then tried saying it’s not covered under warranty due to expired warranty.

I guess that’s what I get for using a company overseas that doesn’t care about scamming people.

We have found a much better company who is in the States we are happy with have also sent all documents to the better business bureau as well as a lawyer.

If I could give 0 or lower I would have!
I ordered headlights for my Subaru STI. When I got the confirmation email it stated in it that the headlights wouldn’t fit now. I emailed Vland 3 times and direct messaged them on Instagram to make sure they would send the correct headlights. I got 1 very short email stating that “ the headlights I ordered and the information I gave about my car match ! And they would fit “
I waited and waited for my headlights to arrive and after 12 days they did and they in fact DONT FIT.
I’ve tried getting in contact with Vland but they won’t return any messages. I have reported them to the appropriate authorities as they are clearly trying to steal my money !!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!

Same as all other recent reviews. They sent an incompatible item and are running circles on the return process. Asking the same questions, making excuses and delaying return process. Don't purchase from this company or you will lose your money. I will now need to obtain assistance from PayPal or my credit card company. Lucky if I'll get any money back. Will inform California Department of Consumer Affairs.

Honestly. Got sent wrong item. Agreed to return on my own expense for a refund.
For three months they were telling me that they ‘need to check with their workers’. The parcel was tracked and signed for. I honestly had written it off. Got refunded after almost 4 months since purchase the item was returned.

Do not buy! Not worth your time or money lights are faulty! Do not line up right! Not worh it at all

I ordered taillights for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma on 1214/2022 as of 12/22/2022 my order has not been FILLED OR SHIPPED & THEY ARE NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT I ASK FOR A REFUND AND THEY HAVE DONE THAT

I ordered a set of tail lights in November 2022. Unfortunately, the taillights were working in reverse order, and the brake light won't even illuminate! So the product is either technically defective or incompatible. I made these complaints, offering to return the item. They kept asking for photos and videos which I gave them but they won't stop and kept asking for more. I eventually granted their wish by giving up having realized they were running circles with me.

Please do not be surprised if you feel robbed by these guys. Check the reviews! Very similar issues! Be warned!

vland has terrible product quality, have been in a claim for several months they sent me cracked headlights, and one headlight flipped backwards. customer support is terrible and sends one lined responses running you in circles hoping for you to give up. i spent 700 on headlights that are unsafe and they won't help and send money or new ones to replace i hope you consider this message when thinking about buying their products to save your time! highly don't recommend this company AT ALL COST!

I bought two weeks ago front headlights for Golf 6. The headlight turns out to be too low and can't get up. LED BULBS DO NOT MAKE LIGHT, THEY ARE OF VERY BAD QUALITY. TOTALLY USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE, IT'S SCAM

After waiting for almost one month, I ve decided to open a case with PayPal to get my money back. The seller is claiming the parcel has been delivered, however the tracking number provided is not working. Communication is poor, the seller is very slow to respond (once a week). I would not recommend VLand to anyone. Waist of time and possibly money.

I bought taillights and headlights for my Toyota FJ Cruiser. after a short time, stress cracks form. according to vland the guarantee is excluded. there was communication for weeks. Unfortunately without success. never again!

Horrible company. Bought taillights for my car and the were defective. The blinker and brake lights were not working correctly. I’ve been emailing them back and forth since November 3rd. It is now November 23rd. They admitted the wiring was done wrong and wanted me to re-wire the lights. w-T F! I paid money for working lights, why should I have to work on them just to get them to work. It takes days to get an email back and me when they finally email back, it’s the same email, telling me to re-wire the lights. Horrible. Don’t buy from this company. There is no way to get ahold of them except through email

I'm in the US and I received my order in less than a week. Too bad it wasn't what I ordered. I had ordered replacement headlights with an amber reflector and received a clear reflector. I sent several emails and received a response back the next day every time except the first time. I went back and forth with CS with no progress to a solution. I was offered a 7% discount, on my next order. I was offered $20 credit, on my next order. I could return them, but I had to pay for the shipping. When I kept insisting on getting the correct lights, they were no longer available in the US. I was told either pay to return the light or keep them. I asked for a return authorization and was told they don’t have those and to just send the light back to the address they came from. I didn’t do that because there would be no way to get my refund if they chose not to give it. I chose to keep the wrong headlights rather than mail them back with no RA documentation and lose my $600.00, at least they were for the correct vehicle. They fit, they work as advertised, too bad they aren’t the ones I ordered.

I have inherited a set of their lights when I bought a Toyota GT86. Whoever bought the lights has not fitted them properly and has missed out a specific cable for the running lights to stay on.

I have contacted multiple distributors with the multiple email addresses so that I can buy the missing cables for them. But they don’t want to know. Either the email is totally ignored or they come back with the same thing. What’s your order number. Even after explaining the situation.

They now expect me to buy a brand new set. They have literally said “we don't sale cable, we just sale the light.” “do you mind to buy a new light? we will give you some discount.”

Yes I do mind!! Why should I shell out $400. I have offered them money but it’s like talking to a wall. I should be able to repair the equipment they sell. It’s not even a hard request considering they make the cable anyway.
