Absolut inkompetenter Kundenservice , verkaufen Scheinwerfer mit e- Zulassung , die Scheinwerfer die man dann bekommt haben keine Zulassung innerhalb der EU, sondern nur eine SAE Nummer ,innerhalb von 3 Monaten ist dann zusätzlich ein Scheinwerfer ausgefallen , Kommunikation unterirdisch ,man wird erst vertröstet, dann ignoriert , rechtliche Schritte kann man da leider nur einleiten , kann nur jedem abraten , so wie man hier die Bewertungen lesen kann ist es wohl so üblich dort mit seinen Kunden so umzugehen

Very disappointed . No customer support . Vland suburban tailights shorted my fuse on reverse . No help from customer service . It turns out wiring has internal reverse polarity shorting the fuse . I switched the wires and now working ok. They have poor quality control. Will not buy or suggest to my friends vland. Poor no support from this company . Email them no response

Don’t buy anything from Vland. I ordered headlights and want to return them, but there is a total lack of response.

Ich habe mir für meinen BMW G20 dort Rücklichter gekauft, nach 14 Monaten ( 2 Monate nach Garantierende ) ging das rechte Bremslicht nicht mehr.

Leider gibt es nur 12 Monate Garantie, ich hatte auf Kulanz gehofft, aber natürlich wird nicht mehr geantwortet. Wenn man sich hier die Bewertungen ansieht, erkennt man leider ein Muster... Von daher kann ich dies nicht empfehlen.

When you brake, also the turnsignals light up for 3 seconds. Thats not allowd on the roads in the EU.
And after 3 weeks on my challenger there already filled with fog/water.. and the mail there not replying so there is no warrenty i ques.
So skip them dont buy them.
The Company is a ripp off !

Reverse light not working. Lights are not replaceable. You have to buy the whole assembly over. Not worth it. Spend a Lil more an buy oem with replaceable led. Hard to get in touch with customer service. Do not buy from this company!!!!! You been warned!!!!!!

Es wurde mit keinem wort erwähnt das die produkte allesamt Illegal im EU raum im Strassenverkehr sind.
Und als ich den kontakt gesucht habe um die ware zurückzusenden wurde ich ignoriert,per E-Mail verkehr sowie beim Telefonischen versuch gab es keine lebenszeichen!

I did NOT receive my package, even though it shows as delivered. The seller completely refused to take responsibility and told me to contact the shipping company instead of helping resolve the issue.

This is unacceptable. As a customer, I paid YOU, not the carrier. It is your responsibility to ensure the product is delivered.

Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. I strongly recommend others to avoid buying from this company unless you are willing to risk losing your money.

I will be filing a dispute with my bank and reporting this case publicly.

J'ai commandé en Février 2026 les 2 optiques avant pour une mustang S550 de 2017 pour remplacer les feux d'origine afin d'avoir les TRIBARS qui ne sont pas homologués en Europe.
Au début j'étais un peu sceptique car remplacer des pièces d'origines par de "l'adaptable", je ne trouvai pas cela judicieux, mais vu le prix très compétitif de ces pièces, je n'ai pas hésité, j'ai commandé.
A la réception de ces feux (livraison rapide), j'ai été très agréablement surpris, ces optiques sont identiques à celle d'origine, semblent très qualitatives, et aucun problème d'adaptation, le montage est parfait et le branchement éléctrique ne pose aucun problème.
A voir dans le temps !

Ordered some $900 dollar headlights for ford f350, they took my money and that was it. No communication, no updates, won't answer emails.

Do not use this pile of shat company because they will scam you.

Headlight failed driver side RHD within 12 months. Condensation was the issue initially and then the daytime running lamp failed due to the condensation. VLAND replaced the first failed unit as this was within 12 months. The replacement unit supplied did not come with a new 12 month warranty according to company policy and therefore when the replacement unit failed 4 months later for the same issue it was not within warranty. Lucky for me though, VLAND offered me a discounted set of front lights, as if I would spent more money on another set knowing that the first two drivers side units had failed 🤣
My advice would be to spend a little more and get an OEM replacement as VLAND lights are not durable or fit for use in damp cold climate.

Customer service is terrible, I requested an exchange on a set of headlights i had ordered (oct 2025), after sending back the original set and paying the difference, communication went silent, it took months of emailing before I got a reply, saying I had not sent the lights back, I respond showing proof of the item arriving at their warehouse and being signed for by the company, still they denied receiving them, communication once again went silent even after multiple emails I have yet to get a reply. The more I interact with this company the more it feels like a scam, they took my money and dissapeared. I will be recommending people use a different company.

Azienda squallida, vendono prodotti non conformi, che filtrano acqua alla prima pioggia mettendo a rischio la sicurezza e l'integrità del veicolo che può essere dannggiato da cortocircuiti o addirittura incendi.

The worst company!!I ordered tail lights for a Honda Accord. One light fit and the other did not fit. Contacted the business and told them what was wrong. They replied that this is not a quality issue and offered $10 and I said absolutely not! You are not going to give me a $10 refund for lights that cost me $250. They then told me to pay to ship the product back. Don't buy from these people. This business is a SCAM.

AVOID THIS COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I purchased lights for VW Polo but returned them as they did not work with our Polo.
Despite returning them as new no refund has been received after two months of trying.
Paypal also refused to help.

Company warranty service not worth used toilet paper!

Received euro taillights for 2016 mustang. Left taillight failed 10 months later. I confirmed that problem was not associated with harness wiring or voltage issues. Rear taillight was switched with original. No problem with lighting.

Video documented results were sent to Vland with purchase document and date. Repeatedly by phone and email, the company denied being the vendor despite documentation on receipt statement.

Product defects are understandable. You measure the integrity of a company by their accepting responsibility and means to correct issues.
Vland's integrity is in the sewer.

Geld ist nun in Shenzen, und das sehe ich wohl auch nicht wieder.....
Lieferung ging recht schnell, allerdings sind die Rückleuchten (Golf 7) unter aller Kanone.
Die Teile sehen gut aus, bis man diese in Betrieb nimmt. Fleckig, ungleichmäßig und die rechte Leuchte flackert. Weiter sind die Blinkleuchten viel zu hell, und blenden regelrecht. Ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, dass die Leuchten eine ordentliche Zulassung für den deutschen Markt haben!
Habe Kontakt mit dem Support aufgenommen.
Ging erstmal recht schnell und bekam Zeitnah Antworten, bis die Wind bekommen haben, dass ich mein Geld zurück möchte, seitdem stillschweigen, keine Antwort auf E-Mail seit 2 Wochen.
Ich habe auch bereits Kontakt mit dem Kraftfahrtbundesamt, und habe das ganze zur Anzeige gebracht. der Nächste Weg ist nun erstmal zum Verbraucherschutz.
Lieber bezahle ich das 4fache statt nochmal irgendwas aus China zu bestellen!

Scam. I am waiting for the headlights more than a month even it was mentioned that shipping times are 3-5 working days, they are sending fake tracking links, saying that they need to get headlights from China first and that it is being held in customs. They are refusing to return the money. Report was made about this scam shop

Mine leaked and stock worked after less than a year
