Je commande des feux pour un F150 Raptors, ils arrivent sont très jolies seul problème sont trop petits pour l’emplacement originel de mon Ford. J’écris je leur explique ils me disent de renvoyer à mes frais car l’objet commandé est arrivé. Je pense que ce n’est pas ma faute, si ils ne savent pas mesurer, et pour le remboursement, il se Garde, une bonne commission, ce qui n’est pas logique quand l’objet désiré n’est pas à la taille convenu par le constructeur a évité

Do NOT purchase from these people. One of the high beam lights never worked upon install. Notififed immediately. They responded and asked for pictures. I sent the pictures. Week later they said they were still waiting for response. Then they responded and asked for pictures of the packaging. I sent those. Weeks of waiting and my follow up they asked for pictures of lights again. I sent again. This cycle happened 4 times altogether over months. Their approach is to starve you out and have no intentions of actually providing customer support. They are so bad they will fail eventually. Very upset with all the energy I’ve wasted.

I ordered these very expensive headlights and when they arrived I immediately installed them, after I finished I noticed only one of them worked and I sent a email to the company about it. They said they sent a new bulb and I’ve been waiting for the last month for it to arrive. This product also has a LED feature which is a big reason why I bought these headlights! But they won’t connect to my phone to change the colors! I’ve had a terrible experience with this company as I paid HUNDREDS of dollers for headlights that don’t even work.

The tail lights I bought for my Lexus IS didn't fit well they rubbed against each other as I closed the trunk. I provided all the documentation and photos provided from a Lexus dealer that supported my claim that they the issue was in fact with the tail lights itself and were the wrong dimensions , yet they denied all my calims.

They simply said it was a technician error.

! Update:
I have opened a dispute with Paypal, provided all the photos and proofs from the dealer while installing the tail lights and they immediately refunded the whole ammount.

Very bad experience overall with the VLAND.

J’ai mis cette note , après avoir acheté des feux de chez Vland via un vendeur pro sur ebay .
Le colis expedié d’Allemagne a mis 5 jours pour arriver (week-end compris) . Emballage sérieux protégeant parfaitement les feux . Par contre , la notice fournie est plus que succinte et ne sert à rien . Pour rassurer ceux qui voudraient sauter le pas , les feux sont de qualité , il faut juste remettre les parties plastiques des feux d’origine (sur une BMW série 2 F87) car les trappes cache-vis ne sont pas solides sur les feux reçus .
Le branchement est vraiment plug and play . Si vous voulez bénéficier de l’effet séquenciel des clignotants et l’animation des feux à la mise du contact , il faudra juste débrancher les 2 fils branchés ensemble d’origine . Hormis cela , parfait et résultat magnifique.
J’ai contacté leur service technique en leur envoyant une vidéo , à leur demande car précédemment je n’avais pas ces effets .
C’est en Chine et en tenant compte du décalage horaire , c’est long
J’ai donc de me débrouiller seul
J’ai mis cette note car à ce prix , il est inadmissible qu’il n’y ai pas une notice d’installation digne de ce nom

Das ist der letzte Chinamüll. Lasst die Finger von den LED Scheinwerfern. Eingebaut und leuchten, dass warxes dann aber auch schon. Musste dann weil mein TÜV fällig war zur Hauptuntersuchung und da bin ich mit den Scheinwerfern nicht durch den TÜV gekommen. Schwerer Mangel (helldunkel Grenze unzulässig rechts und links) und somit kein tüv. Nun fie Scheinwerfer bei Vland reklamiert und wollte mein Geld zurück. Nach 1,5Wochen hin und herschreiben dann die Antwort „da die Scheinwerfer bereits eingebaut sind keine Rücknahme“ ein Witz sowas. Warum dürfen die überhaupt dann in Deutschland verkauft werden????

Bought some lights for my BMW. Lights were missing clips which appeared to have been sanded down by someone. This didn’t allow the lights to fit into the car properly. Emailed their customer support who agreed to sending replacement lights but then kept saying ’wait 4 days’ for A WHOLE MONTH. Now that I’m fed up and asked to return for a refund they’re making me pay for the return of these faulty lights. Absolute JOKE of a company with horrible horrible customer service. Be careful of buying from here!

I got the item but it was not working well, and then every few days mails with, "wait three days" etc etc. They wrote that i send the lights back to china as they dont know how to do it. No refund given nothing, terible aftersale expirience.

I purchased headlights for my Lexus RX 350. The website said that they would fit my make and model and they did not. I tried to return them and they kept asking me to send pictures asked me to pay for the return shipping and then just said you bought the wrong one. This was after about 20 emails. They are a joke.

Absolute terrible experiance. Never use this. Its a scam. I orderd some lights that never came. For some reason evri coulden't find the address where so many parcels got deliverd to with no problems. Couldent get through to evri to sort it out & for whatever reason they ended up shipping it back to vland. I emaild them to see whats going on & they have taken days to reply. So im still without the parcel (that I dont even want anymore) & without a refund too.

J'ai commandé des phares avec des ampoules 2DS Led pour ma Toyota GT86. Les phares sont superbe, seulement j'ai pas reçu les ampoules, pour cette raison je mets que 2 étoiles

Bought headlight assembly and bulbs. Almost 50 bucks for the 2 bulbs and no bulbs with my delivery and of course no reply to my emails. Shouldn't expect much better from a business running on a whatsapp phone number.

Do no buy anything from this company. I bought tail lights and after first rain day the moisture got inside all of the lamps and one of the lamps got broken. The lamps are not moisture resistant!! I contacted the company and they did now want to fix the issue, neither send replacement lamp. I have been sending pictures and video to them for 3 months, but the customer service is asking more details. This company is a joke.

I believe a 1 star review is being generous. I ordered VLAND LED headlights for my VW MK7 TSI. VLAND contacted me to inform me that the product was not in stock in the UK warehouse so I paid extra to have them shipped from China. Upon receiving the item, it did not fit. After some research, I found that they had sent headlights for the MK7.5. Understandable, mistakes are made. I contacted them to request a return and exchange to which resulted in me having to pay an additional fee to send them to GERMANY as requested. After confirming the exact product that I wished to be sent in replacement, I had received no confirmation of receipt on their end until they had sent an email with a tracking number that was only relevant to the first delivery. After asking for an updated tracking number, they tried to claim that a delivery had been attempted and asked me to "check my CCTV as it may have been stolen". Luckily, I did have CCTV and no delivery was attempted. They simply deflected any responsibility and asked me to buy the product again but at a "discounted price". 5 days after this email chain, the lights arrive. I emailed to inform them that I had received them and assumed that there were delays in transit. I asked them to confirm the product that they had sent out as the lights looked identical to the first set that I had received, to which they simply said "just try to install them". Today, I have given them the benefit of the doubt and tried to install them, only to find out that they had sent back the exact same lights that I had returned. I have emailed voicing my concerns but I have no doubt that it will be avoided, as have all of my previous questions. Do NOT purchase from this company directly.

This company is an absolute joke!

If they don't have the correct item you want they send something else instead and then make the return process a nightmare. Even when you return it they then dont refund you.
Worst company i have ever tried buying from!

Ordered a set of rear lights for 2009 mini JCW - clearly stated they were compatible with vehicle. Units arrived reasonable quality but no reverse light facility built into vehicle unit (therefore would not be legal fixed to U.K. vehicle).

Communication with Company was laughable; just e mails asking for photos and videos- even though the paper work that comes with unit states it will not show white reverse light to rear.

Given up on them now beyond letting as many peeps as possible know they should avoid.

Ich war zunächst etwas skeptisch, wurde dann aber sehr positiv überrascht.
Erstklassiger Email-Support. Zeitnahe Antworten von Support aus China mit den richtigen Antworten.
Ich hatte LED-Scheinwerfer und Rückleuchten für einen Mini gekauft. zunächst konnte ich den sequentiellen Blinker nicht einrichten. Durch den richtigen Tipp vom Support kein Problem.
Dann war ein Anschlusskabel defekt. Kontakte abgebrochen. Auch hier wurde mir ein Ersatz-Kabel geliefert. Dauerte zwar ein paar Tage auch China, kam aber an.
Meine Zweifel gegenüber der E-Zertifizierung wurden ebenfalls schnell ausgeräumt. Alle notwendigen Unterlagen wurden als PDF-Dokument per Email gesendet.
Ich kann viele negative Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen und kann den Kauf hier uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Horrible customer service/pretend to be incompetent. They worked fine for 5 months until spring. All the little rubber gaskets on the back with screws cracked and shrunk letting in excess moisture and shorted out. Running lights would quit and turn signals froze. In the faq's vland said lights were compatible with my trim model. Later in emails they said they weren't. I attached images showing their error and they played dumb gave me a return address which i googled and it was a house in stouffville, ontario. I've since went back to OEM tail lights and I'm out ~$500CAD. Order# P02-5837 *customer service emails are from Beijing

Lights they sent did not have the right harness. Ad was wrong, and still have not be able to get a return shipping label after weeks of trying. Unconditional return policy they advertise is a lie. Going to report

hello, store VLAND VIP(support06.I bought front headlights for Mercedes classe v order number.P04-5718. They sold me defective headlights, they have been stalling me for 6 months, I have sent videos and photos many times. Fault 1: The right front headlamp cannot be adjusted, it cannot go up or down. Fault 2: Left and right signals fail after a while. They are keeping me busy. I do not recommend, do not buy.
