Very bad service
Very agressive business owner who does not know how to talk to customers. Very rude. Not working within the laws of the business with incorrect refund rules. They will be reported to Trading Standards as regards to there policies. I had bought a bat 2 days ago to ask for a refund as my son didnt like the bat. The bat being un-used and delcined a refund and turned aggressive as soon as i asked for a refund.

May we clarify that we are unable to offer refunds when goods are returned to us in used/damaged condition. You wished to return a number of items, including clothing and footwear all of which we were happy to refund. We were however, unable to offer a refund for the cricket bat for the reason stated above, namely that it had been used.
We value all our customers and where possible, will always go that extra mile to make sure we provide the highest service standards.
We believe our policies are fair and our refusal to refund the cricket bat, is in line with policies adopted by all other retailers.

One of the best and excellent experience!
I am based in USA and I ordered a GN bat and latter Adidas cricketing shoe, overall I had an excellent experience in terms of product quality and professional, yet super friendly customer interaction.
I would definitely recommend VKS (VK Sports) to any and all who are looking for quality products with great discounts and above all, when you're ordering products online, it is really important that vendor chooses the product for you which you describe and VKS is one of the best, if not the best in that aspect...

Next day delivery is not the only great thing!
I have used VKS for over 25 years and recently came back to them to organise the corporate club cricket kit. The kt is fantastic quaility and value. I am still using my VKS kit that I purchased 15 years aog and it is still going strong!

Helpful, concerned about the customer and honest service.
After an initial misunderstanding about the first order that I placed with the company I have found their service to be of a very high standard. I am waiting for delivery of the order during the coming week. Hopefully, the stuff will arrive and it will be what I ordered!!
