Ordered full set of pop in dentures upcharged me 20 more dollars then sent garbage. Paid for ins for amoney back guarantee. Many emails later only sending half money back 100% SCAM BAIT AND SWITCH

I have been a customer for a while and purchase designer handbags and jewelry. I have received a few bags that just feel "off". I recently checked a serial number for a Chanel bag in a style produced beginning in the 2020s and it was an early 2000s serial number--100% fake. They are also very slow to ship and wait to ship until your return is received on some items despite what they promise on the site. I believe this is on their authentic inventory.

I have been using this company for over four years now and I am such a huge fan! It is so fun to get to swap out and try different bags every month. The quality of the bags and jewelry is always top-notch. The customer service is amazing. I cannot recommend this company enough. They respond right away by email anytime I’ve had any questions and I’ve even purchased a few items from them. Their prices are super competitive - I would highly recommend this company for renting luxury items!

They respond extremely timely to all email correspondence, extremely accommodating allowing me to return a bag rental early so I was able to get a new one for my trip on Thursday! Their app works well on the iPhone have not experience any glitches or issues. Nothing negative to say! I recommend this company to my sister and we both have had a wonderful experience thus far!😊

I love this company! I’ve always wanted a designer handbag but never been able to decide which to invest in. With Vivrelle I can try all my dream bags and swap them out when I get bored. Also, the customer service is amazing and they’re always so fast and easy to communicate with whenever I have a question.

This is the worst company. I just purchased a Chanel bag (not cheap) , I tried to cancel my membership after purchasing the bag and it has been nothing but problems. They OFFERED a discount which I accepted. Then they didn’t want to process until another full month of me paying full price. I can’t stand a company that robs people. As a business owner, I have no idea how these people are staying in business.
Oh wait, it’s because they charge your credit card for more than owe. STAY AWAY!

Vivrelle has the sickest bag selection and I can’t recommend this service enough!! I now have my dream Bottega Veneta bag and the showroom team made my selection process so easy and fun!

I signed up for the holidays, hoping to get something cute and I was so impressed by the selection! They had amazing sparkle bags and chic suede bags so I opted to upgrade so I can borrow both for the next month or so. The customer service helped me so much with my selection and were incredible and patient in answering any questions I had. Highly recommend this service, especially because it was free to sign up and I was not charged until I placed my first order. No risk at all!

I only have good things to say about vivrelle. They have been amazing to work with, have the best inventory, and the most helpful employees.

Planning to cancel my membership, but it won’t even let me while an order is stuck “processing” to ship. I had two cancelled orders in the last 2 months due to them discovering a flaw in the item when it was preparing to ship, and I received a bag with a metal handle that looked like it had been chewed up by a dog.

I created my account on March 21st, but I was unable to find anything available that suited my taste until April 8th. I placed my first order and within a couple of hours, I received a refund notification. I reached out to customer service about the refund and they stated that my account had been flagged and "insurance would need to evaluate further." They said they also froze the account until they "can get better clarity" and that it was part of their "standard double authentication process."

The item I was interested in was no longer available as it had been borrowed by someone else. I asked if I would be notified when the account was reactivated, and they said they would reach back out once they had further clarification. I followed up on the status on April 15th and requested that the subscription be terminated and that I be released from the 3 month term if the internal processing issue was going to continue to prevent me from barrowing. It is now April 17th, and they still have not resolved the issue. I have sent them another email requesting they confirm my wishes to cancel and the release from the 3 month term.

Whatever the internal process is for two factor authentication, it should be done during the application processing and not after customers place orders. The delays caused by "insurance" were never clarified and apparently have no standard processing times, so they could essentially have you waiting forever. Will not sign up again or recommend this company to others.
