The salesman Oliver was very helpful and knowledgeable. If he didnt know the answer to a question he researched it and got back to me. He wasnt aggressive or pushy so a very nice experience. The installation went smoothly and was completed in one day.the only thing that could be done a little better was the confirmation relative to the job start time, confirmed the day before for 8:00- 11:00, confirmed by text for 7-11. Otherwise a great experience.

So simple from start to finish. Vivint took care of everything. Very happy

Everything has been going very smoothly. Our representative Jack Parra explained things very thoroughly and the installation team was great.

Tony Tenorio was very helpful in going to the process of all the paperwork needed for me to have the solar panels in my roof.

Panels were installed a couple of days ago, so far everything seems to be going smoothly and everyone has been upfront about the process.

Would have been nice if I was told they were putting panels on the front of house after I specifically said I did not want panels on roof nobody told installer and Noboby told me

I was very skeptical when my husband signed us up to talk to a rep about getting solar, and I’m happy to say that he was right and I was wrong! Eric Corwin (our rep) is amazing, so easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and honestly, he gave us realistic goals and a realistic time frame. Our panels were put on our house yesterday in 4 hours! The crew was super polite and even tried to work quickly and quietly since they were here during nap time. I have young children and seriously appreciate the effort they made! I have nothing but good things to say.

Overall was really a great experience. The only problem I had was scheduling the interconnection test - some miscommunication there.

However - everyone was super helpful and friendly and kept me updated on what was happening at any given time.

Tony answered all my questions & helped me understand my solar options. I'm excited to move forward with Vivint Solar. I'm already referring friends & neighbors. Why haven't you gone green?!
