They were done their installation perfectly. I highly recommended

All involved were very professional and seemed to take pride in their part of the project. The salesguy, engineers, electrician, and installers all seemed to enjoy their parts of the project. The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is because I don’t understand the money parts as well as I’d like. I can’t blame them for me not having better questions.

Just put solar on the house electric bill was costing too much money, now cut in half. Used Vivint Solar part of program that would give us a new roof if needed no cost to us! Process was very fast, we met Enos Henry in March and we are already installed! We had a historical home which had to be approved by our town board and he handled everything for us. Our home qualified to get a system at no cost at a rate much lower than we pay National Grid! If you are looking to take advantage of the free program, or even ownership programs in MA, Enos Henry is the guy to reach out to. We couldn’t be happier with him and Vivint Solar!

I watched the installation team working on the neighbors house and I was so impressed with what I saw, I asked for contact information. I met with Michael Justice and was so impressed with the program. My wife was very skeptical about how this would really be a benefit to us. With data supplied by Michael and data that I was able to pull from the National Renewable Energy Laboratory website, I was able to put together long range plans that showed how much we could save on our energy costs in the future. That only being secondary to the over all benefit of using solar energy for our home.

Great information. Cant wait to own my own power. Its about time. Thanks to Tony Tenorio for making the best recommendations for my home and my family.

My experience has been to easy. All that was told us is true. It seemed so easy and true.

The workers not only were on time, they were polite and went right to work to install the system and they explained the next steps and then they cleaned up after themselves. Thiago was extremely professional and helped me set up my account after the installation.

This was the easiest part of upgrading my home I have ever had experienced as of yet and only wish that the rest of what we are doing to the house would go so seamlessly but as past experiences have taught me this one wonderful piece which was Vivint coming is the standout above all else !!!!

The process didn’t feel like a sales pitch. It was explained in a way that was conversational and allowed for questions. Everyone involved was professional and communicative.

Through my experience I have excellent customer service from Quentin. When the technicians arrived for perform the service everyone was thorough and polite.

No problems, quick and efficient work.

Eric, was very knowledgeable and had very good customer service. He insured that I was satisfied and that the camera and doorbell were on line before he let me go.

There are still panels missing on my roof by just 3, which wasn’t as promised on the contract I signed and was told. I am disappointed, I will be contacting again in regards to what’s next to do either a cancellation or they have to complete their job and add the left over promised pieces

William Jordan is stellar as a sales representative. He was honest, forthright and answered our EVERY question to our COMPLETE satisfaction! ALWAYS followed up with a phone call and was in constant communication keeping me apprised of what stage of the installation we were at. NO surprises! The installation team of manager, Mike and his crew were OUTSTANDING! Hustled and PROFESSIONALLY installed panels and control panel! Even painted the flex conduit with left over paint I had to match the exterior stucco. CLASS1 service
