How bad customer service, Never respond if you want any reschedule... How people gave 5 star?? Its crazy...last 4 weeks i am trying to reach these people to resolve my issue... Long wait and hold after disconnects,.. Hope you will respond soon.. How about more than a 4 hour hold and its last 2 weeks...! No surprise!!! After days reply no calls yet..
Simply responding and never got a call back..!
A week ago replied but never got any calls nor fixed my issue, useless customer service.
After long fight they came and fixed the issue, but they damaged my new roof and gutters.

Rick was very nice he worked with us welll; installation was quick and easy no issues I would recommend vivint to anyone !

The technicians were very responsive to my questions and concerns. So far, it has been a positive experience.

Vivint has been knowledgeable about the cost of energy and the future trends. When that was pointed out to me, that was one my biggest sales factors. The crew that installed was very kind and I feel they did a great job with the installation. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family.

So far, I think I got a good deal, but it's been a struggle to get a hold of my sales rep, and the information is changing, without my knowledge.

Brent is our rep and he has been amazing! He went through the entire process with us and answered all of our questions. He is up front and honest, traits that are highly valued.

Alan the employee was very nice and helps a lot to make this happened. I’m waiting to see how much I’d will be ... supposed to be almost half o my bill .

So far there has been very limited communication on what exactly is going on for this project. Our salesman said he would be in touch with us to let us know what is happening, he did not and has not unless I contact him multiple times. When I did contact him he states “my apologize I thought (name of person) was keeping you informed. That happened multiple times, not just once. Also, I was told the original plans for the solar panels were changed and we did not receive the updated plans, which we were told we would receive the new plans by the salesman. We did not. Nor did we receive an explanation as to why the plans were changed. We still haven’t been given an answer as to why the plans were changed. We did not receive anything. We are not happy things have been poorly communicated to us. Also most importantly we were extremely angry that the installers who came to instal the solar panels left all of their trash in our garage, roof, driveway and yard. Sharp, metal objects were left in the driveway, such as screws and excess cut metal pieces. These pieces if we did not do a once over in our driveway would have punctured our tires and as we all know tires are very expensive (we have a truck and car). Screws and excess metal and plastic left on the roof. Also all of the cut plastic left in our garage and driveway. So let me ask you this question. If I was invited to your home and trashed it and left trash all over your home, would you be happy to pick up after me, let alone want to pick up after me? I absolutely think that answer is “absolutely not!” So why do that to other people’s houses? So what that tells me is, these actions are occurring to many customers of yours, not just me. I would suggest everyone in your company starts to treat people’s houses with respect and not trash them. As well as treating the people who live in these houses with respect as well. I will be sure to tell others by word of mouth how my experience has been with your company. I’m sure there will be many people that rethink their pursuit for your business in the future.

Very informative and kept me updated every step of the way. Process was very smooth....I’m still trying to figure out ‘what’s the catch?’

I have always been intrigued with solar energy and Vivient made it simple to have it installed. The technician that initially approached us was friendly and well versed on the whole process. I was kept I informed of along the way. Overall, highly impressed!

We went solar a few years ago and have really enjoyed our experience. Much cheaper power and really easy to do. I would have done it much sooner had I known it would be so easy.

Workers were all very courteous and professional and were diligent about cleaning up after themselves. Already recommended your company to my neighbor.
