Everything is installed, inspection done just wish they would hurry up and get it turned on already! It’s getting hot and I want to use my solar panels!!!

The installation crew was great! My only recommendation is better communication with sales person, installation crew and homeowner on where placement of boxes should be installed.

I'm happy with the solar panels. My only complaint is lack of communication for the appointment. I wasn't notified when they were coming to install them.

Performed as promised
I am very satisfied with Richard Howell and the rest of the crew in the Shrewsbury office. Richard was very responsive to my questions and concerns. The whole process was done expeditiously, including roof survey, permitting, and installation.
I am pleased to recommend this firm.

Very professional from start to finish
Very professional from start to finish. Installation was completed per time frame provided during consult. Panels were installed as per schematics and very neat. The lead installer kept in constant communication with me regarding the progress of the install and made sure all my questions was answered throughout the process. Compared to my neighbors solar system, this is by far the cleanest system in the neighborhood. Panels are low and sleek preventing birds to hide under. Highly recommend VIVINT Solar to anyone looking to save money on electricity and a great system.

We have been very pleased with the service, work and overall experience. The panels and electrical service was all completed yesterday. We are now in the inspection phase process and waiting for the utility company. Very good service and efficiency.

It was a pleasant experience. My sales person William explained everything in detail to me. He was very helpful and was even willing to help me trim up a bush. But I managed to do that myself. The insulation crew a professional and were very communicative. So far my experience has been a pleasant one !
