Vivint’s Energy Consultant Alex Eubanks surely knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable and very courteous and more importantly honest. He has answers to tough and uncomfortable questions and if he does not have the answer right away, he will surely get it for you.
The crew led by Matt, who installed the panels knows their craft, explains to you the process and once done for the day, would not leave without explaining to you what was done and what’s the next step. They are very friendly and courteous too and cleaned up after and left nothing lying around not even a screw!
Overall a great experience with these Vivint professionals!

Not hooked up yet it’s been at least 3 months

Installation team, lead by Charles, was on time, efficient, polite, funny, very hard working and skilled. Danny, John, Erick etc were amazing!!! Smiles and kind words every time we spoke.
Incredible team! They deserve a raise - they are invaluable!

Our salesperson, Jason, is friendly, knowledgeable and has been very attentive and on top of things with the few glitches that happened during the contract/loan process. He follows up quickly and makes sure we're are happy with the whole process.
The roofers were a nice bunch of guys who worked efficiently and made sure the clean up was complete. Our roof has never looked better!!
The install crew headed up by Rich were on time, friendly, efficient, and made everything neat and clean when they were finished! He even came back that night to correct an issue with the breaker box to make sure we had our AC!! He was great!!
Fingers crossed that my township and power company are as efficient and get the inspections done so we can "flip the switch" and go solar!!

This experience with Vivent was great from beginning to end!! Kyle was great at answering all our questions and helping us through the process! We were a little hesitant about getting solar, but the whole thing was a lot easier than we thought!

From the initial presentation to the installation, this process has been so easy and straightforward. We look forward to saving $$ on our electric bill and be able to run our air conditioner this summer for the first time in 5+ yrs
Everyone we have met from Vivint has been very professional and treated us like family.

The installers and technicians were professional and respectful. They came at the they said they would. Cleaned all the the areas that they worked.

everyone was great especially Mr Gus who walked with us through the entire process. I truly enjoyed the entire process and can't wait to see the results. I will truly recommend Vivint Solar to everyone.

From beginning to end I've been very happy with the installation process . Also , there was no trash left behind as there often is when service companies leave your property . I would recommend vivant solar to anybody.

Thus far in the process the personnel with whom I have interacted have been helpful and pleasant. They have responded to my questions fully and in layman’s terms. They have also been on time for all appointmdnts.

I had my first initial informational meeting with Mr. Carrillo, he patiently explained and discussed all my options for solar panels. He was very descriptive in letting me know what I was going to except through the whole process. Other representatives from Vivint were very courteous as well, they set up my appointments for installation in a timely matter.
