Feedback is positive. Tony answered all of my questions, explained the timeline of our project & helped us build the right sized system for my family's needs. He gets back to me quickly by phone & text message. He's always in the neighborhood helping out & is quick to offer a hand. Excellent customer service!

The Vivint crew was here on time; and went right to work on the project. They decided on the best method to run the wires from the roof to the solar meter with obvious professional skills.
They completed on time; and cleaned-up the debris accorrdingly
I was very satisfied with the installation.

I would rate Vivint Solar a 4.5 instead of a 3, but the system isn't running/connected yet, so we don't know how well it actually works yet. But, the guys were excellent: knowledgeable, intelligent, fastidious, accomplished, and a great team that worked very well together and appear to have done excellent work.
Time will tell if they earn a 4.5 or not.

So far the deal was really easy Daniel is been great guiding us through the entire process since the first visit he keep us inform on every step of the transition until two days ago when we have our panels install, now is the time to go green and save money, thanks to Daniel and Vivint solar

A friend of mine referred Patrick to me.
I was scared of going solar, Patrick explanation was so clear I trusted him to work me through the processes. He kept me updated with each step of the process.
When permit submitted Patrick told me.
2 days later I had an emergency to be out of the states for a couple months. And I wanted to get install before I leave. I call Patrick to tell him that I have an emergency to leave the state and would like to get install before Leave. Patrick told me he couldn’t promise me anything but he will talk to his team. A couple days before my fly my roof was covered with the solar panels. My wife and I are happy. Thank you Patrick. I recommend VIVINT SOLAR to any one.

Jack is a good salesman was honest told me what to expect kept me informed and continued to check on the progress of the job from start to finish. Think he gave me the best deal helped me set up my phone for my account. When the crew came to install the solar panels they also were helpful and explained what they were doing . Same with the electric. The electrician walked me though what he was doing. Everyone was professional completed the job in a timely manner inspight of heavey winds and very cold weather. I will recommend Vivint solar to neighbors and friends. Great Job Guys.

My system isn't running yet. It was installed a couple of days ago. Waiting for the city to inspect and install a ground-rod!
I talked to the "Vivint Solar Referral" Tech. Randy, J.. He was very helpful, professional and prompted.
I'll let you know how the service is, once It's up and providing power.

I cant say enough good things about the team of folks who came out to do the installation..Not only were they kind and professional but they were also very informative. Our sales Rep Bryce stopped by to check on the work which I found to be wonderful. Our experience from start to finish of electric and panel installation was great! Cant wait to power up!

I mean they just got installed so I can’t really comment on the savings but the guys were super nice and professional. The sales guy, Tommy, is really nice too. He always made sure we understood what was going on, great communication. Overall a good experience.

Vivint representatives as well as the technicians are extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. If any issues arise they are quick to correct it. I like my solar system to much recently we did an add on.

Alexus and Charles where very pleasant and knowledgeable about this and brought a lot for me to learn about going green

I'm really excited about the new solar project. Submitting to clean energy is my start towards going "green". So thankful for Warith Saleem who efficiently advised and walked me through the installation process.

Vivint Solar was a great company to work with and our rep (Warith Saleem) was the most respectful and helpful person to work with.

So far this has been an awesome experience with Vivint Solar. Tommy Court is the best sales contact. We live in a village that is difficult to work with and he has communication down. Every hurtle and hoop he let us know. The installation has needed some extra time due to weather but they are great with the communication and work.

Tony has been so nice to us that I can’t compare all the times that he has been taking care for us all this time, I will say that he is the best, and always perfect and truly answers all of our questions for us. I feel like he is part of family and the best. He should be promoted. Thanks
