i have needed a new motor for some time now and you never have what i needed at least no where i can find and definitly not at chino location

Disaster
Disaster. Put bike together. No instructions about the battery pack. Tried to power it on. Nothing. Blank screen. No ability to contact technical help other than an email that gets no response. So disappointed.

We have a battery that arrived nonfunctional. The company has not fixed the problem. They keep asking us to send videos, which we have. Still no fix provided.

Do not buy a Vivi ebike
Bought a Vivi Mt20 500w ebike though Walmart website and was delivered a 350w bike. No help from Walmart and no help from the manufacturer in China.
They do not have any office in the US and can only be contacted by email with a very slow response. The responses are "canned" responses.
Vivi also violates the right to repair laws in several states.
Trying to get parts/batteries is impossible and everytime I send an email, they always reply with wanting a picture of the bike, parts, model number, copy of the receipt.
The battery on this bike went out after one charge and I have spent most of this year trying to get one from them.
They send a link to their website,but when you try to order it, the site says " cannot deliver it to my address"
After several emails, they wanted me to PayPal money to a Gmail account that is not the company's.
When I questioned it, they replied with an email that said they do not have or can get the parts, for me to try a third party somewhere.
The addresses that are below are fake
Also the phone number is fake

Because again the phone number provided above is a fake number from Alabama and is the same number for both NJ and La locations.

They don't offer any real contact information. Even from their response,they are operating illegally in several states and not being transparent with their US contacts.
Is this a cover for the Chinese government?

(1) Answers to questions about after-sales process:
We are sorry that our third-party platform seller team did not handle your problem in a timely manner. Since we do not have enough offline repair shops covering the entire United States, we cannot provide offline bicycle diagnosis and services to customers in every city in the United States. Therefore, under normal circumstances, our customer service team will need you to provide the order number, email address, and pictures of the fault so that the customer service can feedback to our technical engineers to help you diagnose the fault. The order number and email address are for our convenience to retrieve your purchase platform and order information so that we can determine the model and warranty period of the bicycle you purchased. The pictures or videos of the fault are for feedback to our technical engineers so that they can diagnose the fault of your bicycle online. If the fault is caused by damage to a component, we will provide you with a bicycle component replacement through after-sales customer service; if the fault is very serious and cannot be driven normally, we will also replace the entire bicycle for you. (2) Answers to questions about bicycle power:
We have stopped selling electric bicycles with 350W motors in early 2023. Please check the label of your bicycle motor (the white label is in the center of the bicycle motor) to determine whether it is a 350W motor. The specific motor information will be marked on it as 350W or 500W. If our Walmart seller sends the wrong product, you can contact them to resend it to you.
(3) Answers to questions about after-sales service:
The Vivi electric bike with 1 year warranty service for the frame, battery, motor and other main replaceable parts. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact us at service@viviebike.com. Our official after-sales customer service will provide you with exclusive customer service on each platform based on your order status to provide you with after-sales support.
(4) Answers to abnormal ordering issues:
When you order on our online website, sometimes the delivery address is displayed. There are five main reasons for this:
First, we cannot deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, postal addresses or affiliated islands.
Second, please select your country first, such as the United States.
Second, the IP address you used when placing the order is inconsistent with the address you used when placing the order, which causes the website to be unable to identify your address in time.
Fourth, when you enter the address, the system will automatically identify you and ask you to select the default address, which will cause slow loading.
Fifth, your browser has a large amount of cookies that cause the website to be delayed.
If you enter the correct address and it still shows that the delivery address cannot be delivered, please refresh the page and re-enter the address. Generally, it will be displayed as normal at this time.

Everything went pretty smoothly the process could have been differently maybe. But bottom line problem was taken care of and I am a happy camper again. Would definitely continue to do business with this company because of the fact that they make sure that the product is taken care of.

We got 2 bikes and for 20 minutes they…
We got 2 bikes and for 20 minutes they worked till one pedal assist quit working. I contacted VIVI and they responded immediately. They said I needed a new pedal assist sensor which may have been compromised during shipping. They didn't just send me the part they sent me the part and the tools to change it plus a video on how to do it. Another 20 minutes later and the bike is working fantastic. We have since put at least 30 miles on the bikes and they are excellent I highly recommend them and I recommend the company for backing the product the way they did.

Buyer beware. No customer support for undelivered packages.
No customer service per se, just chat boxes. Which we all know rely on standard responses. I purchased a VIVI bike through TEMU. Vivi was shipper. I did not receive bike. VIVI says it was delivered. I have photo proof but I dont think anyone bothered to look. They are sticking to, "it was delivered", sorry no refunds. Credit card company disputing charges. Buyer beware

Been trying for two weeks to exchange…
Been trying for two weeks to exchange bike because of major mechanical issue,and because i dont know hoe to email video of the problem after at least trying 9 times they REFUSE TO EXCHANGE BIKE,OR GIVE ME A REFUND. BUT THEY CLAIM 30 DAY RETURN OVER MAJOR ISSUE LIKE THIS,AND ONE YEAR WARRANTY! THANK GOOD IT HASNT BEEN A YEAR,THEY WOULD REALKY EMBARASS THEMSELVES.
