I already did over 280 miles on this…

I already did over 280 miles on this bike in a month some with and some without power, both ways it does awesome job. It rides pretty good, front suspension does make me comfortable and the gears help me climb hills easy. So I would recommend any one who wants to challenge themselves on riding long to have this. It gives me confidence to ride longer with the assistance of battery power. Over all a good choice of mine

My experience with Ancheer has been…

My experience with Ancheer has been extremely disappointing. I made my purchase expecting to receive the advertised cashback through Extrabux after following all of the required terms.

After waiting months for the cashback to be processed, Extrabux repeatedly told me they were waiting on Ancheer to verify the transaction. Five months later, I was informed that Ancheer never responded to their requests, leaving me with no cashback and no resolution.

If that's true, it's a poor way to treat paying customers. Businesses that participate in cashback promotions should honor their commitments and respond promptly to their marketing partners. Ignoring verification requests only hurts the customer who made the purchase in good faith.

Whether the breakdown was due to poor communication or a lack of follow-through, the end result is the same: I was left empty-handed after months of waiting. I expected better customer service and accountability from Ancheer. Based on my experience, I'd think twice before relying on any promotions or cashback offers associated with this company.

Delivery was longer than expected

Delivery was longer than expected. The instructions were difficult to understand. The pictures didn’t reflect the bike that I bought and they were drawings instead of real pictures. I needed help to put it together and to understand. I’m new to bikes

Amazing bike with a few inconveniences

Honestly giving this a 4 star and not a 5 star is difficult but I feel it is definitely deserved. The bike is amazing, after the setup it rides amazing, the E-Bike modes are all super nice, and everything was included.

The problem I had with mine was the manual was inaccurate with the brake system, the image displayed was of a brake system completely different than mine and it took me an hour of my own fiddling, research, and trial and error to figure out the solution to get it lined up right.

Also the manual (online OR physical) does not give an in depth explanation to the modes on the display, functions, or simple troubleshooting if certain functions don’t work.

An example being my throttle wasn’t working or my horn. Turns out a connector was undone either in shipping or otherwise and I had no idea. Took another hour of research that would’ve been unnecessary if it was included in the manual. And with such a purchase, it should.

Last con is that the bike seat is fastened to the rod via a hex-bolt that is not removable via any tools provided with the bike. The bike seat is very uncomfortable, but thats acceptable as it’s cheap to buy a new one to one’s preference. However when I got mine I realized the hex-bolt was bigger than all the tools provided and my personal tools didn’t fit either and was very frustrating.

Despite these initial hangups, this is a very nice bike and I am very happy to have bought it.

No satisfaction from customer service …

I’m giving this company a three because of the speedy delivery. I would give them a zero as far as customer service. We received two brand new bikes, and the two front fenders were broken and the one front wheel was bent. After sending them at least three emails because you cannot call them, I have received no response. So far this date is June 8, 2026. I will continue to post if I have still not received any response from them. Please check all parts before you assemble.
It is now June 26th and we still do not have the new parts. One of them is the front wheel to one of the bikes. They keep telling me to be patient but I am very upset. We can not use one of the bikes because of this, not to mention the 2 broken front fenders. If I do not receive these I will have to report this Company. I’m loosing patience with this.
It is now July 11th and the company says they are mailing our fenders that were broke. The front wheel has still not shipped. There is no date given as to when we will receive it.

Absolutely the best purchase I've made in years!

The trikes absolutely more than I thought they would be. We are seniors and due to a health condition I can not ride a bicycle anymore. We have had so much fun the past few days riding through the neighborhood. The delivery was very fast, the assembly was a bit time-consuming; but my husband did one the first day we got them and the other the next day.

Great bike for the price

Great bike for the price . Gotta figure things out . The instructions are a little vague but easy to figure out . Only put 1/2 mile on it so far so not really sure . Made my kid take it for a ride & he loves it

Awesome e-bike.

The shipment is well packaged. I ordered two bikes (emtb26 and emtb08) 1 arrived early, 1 arrived 5 days later. Both bikes are awesome!

Good value for the money

Same as battery charging .Manual shows the front tire to be a quick disconnect instead of the bolt on that came with it. Otherwise works as advertised especially for the price.

No one is in customer service to talk…

No one is in customer service to talk to you about issues with their products. I would like to return a bike and exchange for another but there is no one to discuss this with. Our bike arrived with box all beat up and an issue with the bike tire. We would like an option to return it and upgrade it to a better bike but there is no one to discuss this with to determine what it would cost us.
