Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst! I've been trying to get a replacement battery gor my ebike for almost a month! They shipped the wrong battery twice. And trying to get the right battery seems to be a brain surgery! I'll NEVER buy any replacements from vivi EVER! Besides the fact they sent the wrong battery I have to pay the return fee mail.

I ordered more keys to lock battery in place b/c I misplaced the ones that came with it.
Hi, I bought an electric bike from Walmart over a year ago. Had a friend assemble it for me. Turned out it's way too heavy for me, so have been trying to sell it. It's supposed to be foldable, but the booklet doesn't tell how to fold it. I had 2 friends try to help me fold it, to no avail. So, I feel this not a good purchase for me. I hope I'll be able to sell it. And I think it should come with much better information. Thank you

The bike was ordered in december and came with a bent rim. I have been trying to get a replacement wheel and rim, but am told the replacement is coming and it never came. Customer service is horrible. I would not by a Vivi bike, Look elsewhere for ebike.

Difficult to deal with
Difficult to deal with, one email a day trying to resolve issue, was not resolved to my liking, have warned people against this company, why should I have to pay 80-150 to ship a bike back that I wanted to exchange for a different model, that I would also be paying more for. I would rather try to sell the one I have and buy from a different company that has descent customer service. Have already warned friends and family to spend a little more and buy anything but ViVi trash.

I really love the bike ... and have absolutely no complaints. It performs as well or better than e-bikes that are considerably more expensive and I have ridden it quite a lot already. I've shown it to several friends ... and wouldn't be at all surprised if they bought from you as well!

No one works at this company. All Calls & Emails Ignored
I bought 2 ACE01 Bikes for my sons for Christmas. After less than 30 days the back brake mechanism on one of the bikes no longer works, making it VERY unsafe to ride. I have called this company, emailed (3 different email addresses) and used their online chat! (Says they're offline) NO ONE ANSWERS! Once they have your money you are on your own. There is no customer service or warranty help. I now have to buy my son ANOTHER bike after paying $1000 for this one. Take your hard earned money somewhere else! There are better bikes from better companies. VIVI is just here to make a quick buck! Shameful and VERY disappointing!

I bought one on September 29th 2024 and at 280 miles the front wheel bearing blew out. Still dealing with them for 2 weeks,Evidently vivi does'nt give a rats ass about fixing thier screwups. Would't recommend anyone buying their bikes! January 28th and still haven't received the promised replacement wheel! February 3rd still no replacement wheel. All I get is something about the chinese newyear holding up the replacement. Do the Chinese take the whole damn year off!
