The fast shipping
The fast shipping, I was really surprised coming from another country… the only thing I was upset was the fact that FedEx left my package out in the open, and shove it into the snow, but I love my scarface wall art!!!! I will be back in the future for more stuff

Packaging allowed tip to protrude!…
Packaging allowed tip of trees to protrude and get bent. I received two of the same white tops, not as shown in online photo. A couple of screw work their way loose and where hard to find in packaging. Installation was basic but a full wall paper template would have been nice. Quality of product was good, but stand offs could be designed better and deeper by a 1/8" to avoid vibration against wall, I installed felt pads in key locations.
