Easy to use with excellent customer service. I am not a designer and yet I made a lovely document.

As a nonprofit, Visme is been great for our NGO. It's easy to use, and there are so many different pieces I can produce with Visme; it's almost a replacement for needing a graphic designer in house.

Amazing company and product. I've made countless presentations using their beautiful templates and designs over the last 5 yrs. Their sales and support team has always responded promptly and have been extremely transparent and helpful when I needed them. I highly recommend Visme and would suggest any professional to give them a shot.

edit: Other sites actually offer for free to create a banner and download it. So yes, an account is free, in that case paypal is free isnt it? But whats the use if you dont want to pay? Jesus christ what a lame marketing technique. When i see free and i click and its not free it deserves a 1 star rating.

Have been using Visme for work documents for a while and ran into a tech issue for the first time. Chat option was helpful and immediately turned into visme team emailing with solutions.
It is a great tool in itself, but is made better by a helpful and responsive support team.

Very usefull app you, can do many changes very easily, a lot of templates. I did 3 personas so quickly!!

I am preparing all my graphic material on Visme. I find it easy and very intuitive. I love the animations they have and how they make my communication vibrant and modern.

After contacting this company at least 10 times to cancel my account they continue to try and bill me each month. I have had to stop payments through my bank, and they still will not respond or stop asking for payment.

Visme is a great service to create infographics and presentations for both work and school. The features included provide endless creative possibilities for workplace presentations that are both visually pleasing and interactive.

When I saw you could use their website to create a pamphlet for free, I jumped on it as I was expecting to be able to make my pamphlet and download it all for free as these sort of companies allow free use up to a certain allowance before charging you for a subscription to continue using their services. NOT VISME. I spent HOURS working on my pamphlet, making it perfect. Time to download it and the only way you can download it is to pay their subscription fee. NEVER have I come across such a deceptive marketing strategy. I hope this company goes bankrupt due to their scummy methods.

They're always adding new features based on user feedback. I love how involved their Product Managers are to get real responses on new or beta releases so they can make the platform even better. They truly listen to users to make it the best experience possible.

Visme is a very complete tool that will make your business look amazing.
They offer thousands of templates that are fully customizable and you can easily apply your branding.
You can create highly interactive and animated projects that will boost the engagement of your prospect and improve your conversion rates.
Best of all you get analytics on your project views.
Never using powerpoint again.

I find in Visme a platform where I can organize and optimize my presentations to the maximum. I have also found a way to organize and centralize certain documents that I usually consult often.I also love creating forms from Visme to survey our clients. It is very easy and I can get the information directly on a Google Sheet.

I'm extremely disappointed with Visme's handling of my account and billing. Despite deleting my account within trial period, I was unexpectedly charged $146 USD almost a month later. The company's policy claims that deleting the account cancels the trial period, but this wasn't my experience.

As I'm currently overseas, I relied on Visme's customer support to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I've yet to receive a satisfactory response or refund. The lack of communication and assistance has been frustrating and disappointing.

Until Visme improves their billing practices and customer support, I would caution others against using their services. It's essential for companies to honor their policies and prioritize customer satisfaction.

Update: I hope Visme takes my feedback seriously and takes immediate action to rectify the situation.

These are thieves. I was tricked into subscribing to yearly and on realising this, I sent repeated emails for a cancellation and refund and received no response. Stay well away. There are better options available.

I cancelled my free trial but they lied and said that I didn’t then charged my card 297.00. BEWARE

Haben dann einen Account erstellen müssen haben bezahlt und irgendwie gab es ab da nur noch Probleme...
Wollte mein Geld zurück da die Präsentation letzten Endes wo anders erstellt werden musste und somit alles umsonst war, habe ich aber nicht bekommen...

Visme support was helpful with my cancellation. I was able to get all of my requests done within a couple of days. I had made an error in choosing the wrong plan and was helped without having to cancel my order. Thank you again.

I contacted Visme after a free trial was incorrectly renewed to a $297 annual subscription, despite having cancelled prior to the end date. I waited and waited but did not receive any response to my email, which raised alarm bells concerning Visme’s customer support.

“How can a company that boasts so many awards on its website not answer customers' emails or queries?!”

I had to resort to contacting PayPal to try and resolve my case. After more waiting, I received notification that Visme responded to PayPal to reject my dispute but still has not replied to my original query or made any attempts to reach out to me.

“Do they not care at all how this error came to be? Do they not want to even attempt to explain or help?”

Disappointment and disgust are only the beginning of what I feel for Visme. I have never written such a negative review for any company before, as in general, all customer support teams care about their customers and try to resolve issues through good and timely communication. But not Visme.

Visme believes it is absolutely fine to leave customers hanging and not reply when they reach out for help.

If this review (and the disappointing experiences of many other users here) does not deter you or make you think twice before signing up with Visme, please remember that while their product shows potential, when you encounter any difficulties or issues:

Visme will not reply.
Visme will not help.
Visme does not care.
