I began my own business two years ago and began using Visme at that time. My use of it has grown more and more, and I'm a steady user at this point. My projects include proposals, graphic development, and white papers. I've been very pleased with it; the program has allowed me to address client requests for graphic development without spending a lot on high-end products. Their customer service is also helpful; while it begins with an automatic response, you do receive live help. In particular, Britney helped me with a complex issue involving my table of contents today. She gave really solid advice and was able to resolve the situation perfectly for me.

I wrote about my problem with one of the projects (documents) during the weekend (from Munich, Germany).Visme Support Team started immediately to understand and to solve this problem. Some days later everything worked in a perfect way again. Thank you Visme Support Team

The software is easy to use and makes presenting information in a consumable format easy for someone without much artistic talent. It also has a lot of different options so you can find something for almost anything!

I specifically did NOT agree to anything but a paid one-time use (they asked about 47 times when I was agreeing to the one-time yes, and they changed my card for a subscription anyway.

They're thieves.

Free ... It is absolutely not free. In fact you can create your document freely but need to pay to download it. Pure scam.

Oh my - they run a google ad "Create your own custom gift certificates and vouchers with our free online gift certificate maker. Start by choosing from a variety of free gift certificate"
So I attempt to download it and I need to pay for it. It is not free. I just spent an hour making a gift certificate - what a waste.

Free templates alright? No. It's all wrong. You would need pay a lot if you want to use this scammy little thing. Of course I didn't pay. You should'n either.

The tool is super easy to use and pretty self-explanatory. I used it for many projects over the last couple of years. I love how they have continued to grow with different project types. They have reached out several times to ensure I haven't required assistance. I only wish you could make logos.

I admire companies and individuals who find innovative ways to remain competitive, create a remarkable company, and achieve success despite numerous competitors. They excel because they are relentless, enjoy their work, and consistently push boundaries. They do the right thing by listening to customers, genuinely caring for them, and exceeding expectations. Among many competitors, Visme truly stands out as unique. I'm genuinely pleased to log in and work on my rebranding, which used to be a hassle but is now a joy, thanks to Visme! I'm very grateful!

Worst place ever do NOT OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!! i created a presentation paid for one moth then 2 weeks later canceled my membership/billing then they still charged me the month afterwards 29$ where they charge me first 15$ now in month 3 they charged me 59$ a month and there is no cancel button or anything anymore their support does not reply!!!!!!!!!! Stay far away from this site!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been trying several of the AI presentation generator programs and of the 5 I tried Visme is the best by far!. It was easy to edit the slides and add graphs and charts and getting data into them was a breeze. Unlike the other programs I tried one of which was CANVA. I used the free option to see if I liked the way the program operated and will be purchasing a subscription to unlock the extra features. Also there customer support is top notch. I had a few questions while using the free version and when I used the chat feature they were quick to answer, knowledgeable and Bárbara was the best! 10 out of 10!!

I used Canva for years and found Visme! The customer support and constant updates are part of the reason I continue to favor Visme over Canva. When you get too big you loose something, Visme seems to have it all and great customer service.

My project page wasn't working, so I contacted them thru live chat and with-in a few hours the problem was fixed and I was able to contuine on my marketing banners

DO not use this scam website. On the facade it seems free to use with some premium features but after you work hard on a graphic and ask to download it takes you to a paywall.

Scam. Even after spending $300 I can’t download a one page pdf.

I am so impressed by the web application and the app is so easy to use. I recommend this web app as alternative to Canva. I like it!

Visme is echt helemaal geweldig voor het maken van allerlei soorten (interactieve) content.

Over alles zijn how-to video's opgenomen zodat je maar hoeft mee te klikken. Ook zijn er regelmatig webinars.

En als je een vraag hebt, word je razendsnel en goed geholpen zowel via de chat, email of er wordt ter plekke een video voor je opgenomen.

De helpdesk en klantenservice zijn dan ook magnefiek te noemen. Veel bedrijven zouden hier een voorbeeld aan kunnen nemen.

Great software. Canva has some serious competition. Great support btw
