Found this company online and was very impressed by the packages available. Ordered the media wall bundle, paid and then......
No communication at all to confirm the order was received. No communication at all to update us regarding delivery dates. Finally, a week later than the suggested date when we placed the order, we got a courier email. Delivery date comes (Friday 22.11.2024) and only 1 out of 3 parts of the order are delivered. Emails sent, voice mails left, attempts to chat via web chat all hopeless. Finally we got another email from the courier saying that there would be a second delivery on the Monday (25.11.2024). This was then cancelled and rescheduled for today. Get home today and only part 2 delivered. Still NO response to the emails, voice mails, attempts via Facebook to get hold of Vision Space. So now we have 2/3 of a the order. No installation kit, no LED lights and no TV bracket. Thankfully we have paid via PayPal and have raised a dispute. Vision Space, your customer service is poor. Whatever else, have common courtesy to reply to messages. We have paid you good money and you have not delivered the product or a good service. We have now sat and waited over a month for something we was excited about and are now beyond disappointed. CONTACT US. Explain what is happening. PLEASE

Where do I start, so far we have received two out of three packages a month after ordering- we're missing the unit that houses the fire. Last email stated this got left in the warehouse but still no update provided as to when it will be delivered. Also missing TV bracket and lights, is it with the unit? Who knows as you can't get in touch with anyone that will tell you.....would be great if we could get a reply after an order that was in excess of £1k. Couriers have stated parcel not handed over and vision spaces say they have it. Also all delivery info comes via courier and nothing provided from Vision Spaces in advance.....let's hope it turns up ey

Fab media wall, good quality and looks amazing! Communication for updates on orders needs to be better, otherwise very happy with purchase.

Items were due for delivery on 01 November. Tried to call only to receive a message that they are too busy to answer and to send an email. This is a standard message. They never answer the phone. The phone message advises that emails will be answered in 1-2 working days. I have emailed twice without response. I can now only think that this is a scam and have reported the transaction to my bank.

We found this company whilst searching for panelling for our media wall and emailed for a sample. The sample came and we really liked it so ordered a couple weeks before our house was ready for the media wall to be done. Delivery stated between 22nd and 28th of October, after receiving no updates regarding the order by the expected delivery date we sent a few emails, tried to call, tried live chat on the tracking app but no response. We eventually found a mobile number and attempted to contact this. Whilst waiting on a response we emailed from another email looking to arrange an appointment in store, we received a response to this and still no response to our enquiries regarding our order!! We eventually got a response and was told it would be delivered that night. No delivery came. We then chased again and was told it would come that night. We received the delivery around 9pm that night however items were missing. We were told they would be delivered the next day, never came. We are now chasing for these missing items. We spent a significant amount of money on these products, would expect better customer service. It’s a shame because the materials we got are really nice however the customer service lets it down big time. I would avoid as the stress of chasing the materials is not worth it.

Great quality and looks amazing! I love my new panels. It’s exactly what it looks like on the website. Emailed for some advice to instal the panels and received a prompt response. I am already planning to buy more for my other rooms.

Do not never buy anything from this company sent my media wall 3 weeks later loads of damaged items also no instructions no fire place which was paid for and now refusing to give me money back worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life also took 3 days for a response then terrible response

The wall panels look great.....it's unfortunate an incompetent courier service is used. My first order had the wall panels dumped on the drive in the pouring rain without any prior notice/emails they had been dispatched. (company states that regular updates are sent).

The second order had 2 x messages stating there had been a delay with each one having a reschedule less than 24 hours before intended delivery. The third update stated the orders had been mixed up and wouldnt be delivered on (re) scheduled day.....and then it all changed and delivery arrived.

3 days of lost work getting messed around with deliveries. Wont be using again.

DO NOT order from these. Paid over £500 for an order nearly 3 weeks ago, still not received and no replies to phone calls or emails.

i have been wanting to place an order for over a week now however i am feeling dubius as they do not seem to answer calls or emails, could anybody enlighten me the reason why?

Highly recommended. From start to finish Vision Spaces provided an excellent service. Visited the showroom and left with samples an no obligation to choose their product. Once style was decided made booking for the work to be carried out. It was only then I realised that they have a passion for what they do. Dates agreed and timescale for completion were kept. Would definately recommend Vision Spaces for anyone looking for a bespoke media wall.
