Tbh, after I placed my order I had a initial little freakout as I had seen some not so good reviews for these guys, however I contacted them shortly after my purchase and was contacted back by a lovely chap named Charley.
He gave me an up to date and realistic expectation of waiting time for my order and acknowledged that they had some rough mk that with staff/supply shortages etc.
However he gave me a number to contact him on anytime.
Needless to say my delivery came within the discussed timeframe, all very well packaged and great quality.

It looks absolutely fantastic! Absolute game changer.

Only con I would say is the tutorial video on the website for putting the units together is very rushed and some standalone paper instructions would of made life easier.

You will need a competent person to help with assembly, but trust me the results are worth it !!

Ordered the media bundle middle of November, the 2nd week of December the fire arrived then a few days later the rest of the bundle was delivered. Received emails and a phonecall for both to let me know expected delivery. The quality of the product is brilliant and was easy to install. Very impressed, definitely recommend.

Great sample box pieces large enough to be able to visualise what it would look like in the wall but may have to visit the showroom to see the finished look seems a bit to chunky for my room

Great product.. ordered & delivered on time, kept me updated as it was close to xmas. Easy to instal looks amazing, really pleased with the outcome . good value for money also .

It was a while after receiving the tv panel before I could be home to fit it last week. After finally getting it installed I am really pleased with the quality and finish of the tv panel for my 65" tv. The edge protection was really good, although the tape securing it wasn't the best as it was peeling away so the edge cushion was starting to come away. Fortunately the edge didn't get damaged.
Other than that I am delighted with the end result

We did wait for a while for order and conflict when checking where order was , were told it was with courier & then told still waiting on part of order when tracking said collected by courier , all a bit confusing but once delivery was confirmed it was easy and a good app to follow delivery . Items arrived damaged but within a hour of contacting vision spaces they said to send picture of damaged parts& the panel that was cut to wrong size to get them replaced . But luckily we managed to trim panel & fit top of unit so damaged edge was hidden . Vision Spaces were quick to reply to concerns & we are situated in North Scotland which causes delivery issues . The quality of product is good and was worth the wait in the end ,but luckily we didn’t have to wait on replacement parts . (Wife would have murdered me)

The service I received was 1st class. The quality of the product is great and when fitted makes my livingroom look outstanding. I would highly recommend this product to anyone.

5/5! The quality of the products for the price you pay is amazing. Kieran and Charlie were both great to deal with when I was ordering. The delivery was quick and all parts that were delivered are in perfect condition. Will be recommending to family and friends!

They take a while to get the kit to you, and the instructions could be better. But they are as helpful as can be if your patient with them, we had a missing item and they sent out the replacement part immediately. Now that we have got the kit fitted its really good and the quality is right up there. Just dont be in a rush and they will take care of you, i sense some reviews are just folk who cant or wont work to there timescales which admittedly are quite long.

Website with all panelling options looked great and was the main reason we went with Visionspaces but as soon as we ordered it has been downhill from there. When we received the delivery, we just had one of the multiple items delivered with no reason on where any of the other parts we ordered were. It then took a further two deliveries for us to receive our full order. There is no contact number as it goes to a voicemail and really screams that this is a one man band operation with absolutely no customer service. My advice is to be careful when purchasing! You also don’t get any instructions for any of the panel kits!
