Brilliant from start to finish, really good quality. Would definitely recommend & also recommend a second person to get it on the wall, took an entire day but well worth it!

The media wall was delivered in sections. Customer services was excellent. The TV lights was missed but soon sent them when I emailed. Very good quality 👌 the only real downside was that some of the fittings were missed so you had fix with screws, with the fire place, to get it secire together. I managed to sort it myself. Would I buy again 🤔 yes I would over all 5* I'd say. Thank you.

The product was as described, fitting requires so good DIY knowledge but the end result looks great. Shipping was split with the fireplace arriving just over a week before the rest of the shipment which was not communicated clearly bit easily and quickly clarified by contacting their support team

We were delighted with friendly customer service, our tv panel was perfect, delivery and communication brilliant! We then decided we would order the matching floating unit. I placed order in the morning expecting delivery approx 2 weeks but got a phone call saying it could get delivered same day, excellent I thought and it was, not sure if the one we got was maybe a display model as it had a few little markings and had partly been put together. Fortunately this didn't make a difference and we are delighted with unit too.
I would recommend and definitely buy from Vision Spaces again.

Although had a few frustrating issues with delivery, the fire came a different day to the supposed day after waiting in all day , trying to get communication was a nightmare
Then the panels & everything else never turned up on the day as the van broke down that they were on , again communication was not good, then had to put the builder off for a week which wasn’t good,
When it came to building the housing unit for the fire there was no screws or anything, so that had to be chased up
No instructions were ever sent, so again another delay
But I am over the moon with how it all looks
