Looked around a bit before purchasing from vision spaces, went up to the show room, Kieran was fantastic as I was unsure on colours, even explaining how to do it all to my husband, the YouTube video was easy following, we now have a stunning feature wall thank you Kieran 😊

The quality of the materials is very high. The delivery was prompt and in the expected time frame. I received the wrong size fire and when I contacted them they arranged a new collection/delivery the very next day.

I looked around quite a bit on the internet to find the media wall was looking for that included a fire place but I don’t want to build a wall around it.
The Vision Spaces wall did just that.
It arrived in few separate packages. It took a carpenter half a day to put it together and on fully installed. The instructions were good and all bolts etc were supplied.
Altogether, great quality and looks really good so I lose definitely will recommend Vision Spaces.
The only feedback I can give is for the office to keep people a bit more informed that deliveries will come separately but apart from this, all good 👍

Everything I wanted in one place and one delivery. Did have some damaged which they offered a small discount or I had to claim in full off delivery company which is a pain when you have paid someone that day to fit it generally really pleased with the product

Delivery was quick, within a week of ordering. I am pleased with the end result although I am glad I didn’t pay full price and got this at the 25%off offer.

Communication was good with delivery, however watching the way the van was unloaded and the way some parts had been packaged I am surprised I didn’t have more than the one dented corner. Fortunately I was able to hide this. The large panel that sits on top of the floating unit was just wrapped together with some of the other bother with just shrink wrap. None of the edges had been protected with foam or cardboard making me question what I had bought.

When it came to assembly I quickly realised that it came with none of the wall battening which meant a delay and extra cost. I did feel the videos are misleading and draw you into the fact that this is a full kit and you need not buy anything else. The fixings are also dumped in one large bag and for someone that isn’t used to fixings I would imagine they would struggle to identify what was used where. There was also far too many fixings which could lead you to think something had been missed.

When I can to assembly the units these are pretty straight forward. I did find that there was a couple of corners of edging stating to peel away to which I had to use a bit of super glue to reattach.

I found it ok to just watch the installation video and crack on but I would imagine for some that this would be a real challenge without instructions.

Once assembled it does look smart. The LEDS and fireplace really set it off. I do just question whether it was really worth the money.

Vision spaces and there staff are brilliant, they give you the information you need to purchase a media wall bundle with no pressure if you go to there showroom. We ordered a bundle and it was delivered before the time frame given. All the boxes where easily identified to there contents, only thing we found was the lack of instructions within the boxes. However they have a few videos on YouTube to help you, minus the wiring of your own tv items. The quality is excellent and was easily put together once you got into it. Thanks to keiran and staff for there attentiveness and time.

I ordered a media wall bundle on 15th July. 2/3 weeks later I was delivered a fireplace. Few days later they accidentally sent me another one. I was left to organise between Vision media and the fireplace supplier its return. I had random couriers turn up without any notice or confirmation so I had that headache.
Then I was told the slats would turn up around 8th August with the cupboard and panels. After waiting 3.5 weeks they delivered half of the items. I contacted Vision company by phone and the bloke seemed uninterested in the stress and delay it was causing us as well as costs for builders. I sent a follow up complaint email and the response was a dreadful two liner whom couldn't give a monkeys.

The veneers on the slats are paper thin and come off easy so you have to be very gentle.

Positives:
They changed the slats colour on request and the stuff looks nice. It was also all well packaged.
