Lovely product. However, our order was missed and took at least four weeks to deliver after chasing up

They were great at agreeing a delivery date to suite us . The oriducts were in excellent condition no flaws lights were missing from our bundle,however sent in post the next day when noticed. Great quality product looks fab

Very happy with my new media wall. Easy to order from the website and fast delivery. I contacted vision spaces by telephone for advice and the lady was very nice and helpful. Will buy again highly recommended.

Quick delivery time & goods were well packaged, ensuring they were damage free. Pleased with the quality though the veneer edge lifted/ripped on the first lat of each panel when cutting with circular saw despite trying a few methods. Don’t know if a hand saw would have been better.
Flatpack fire unit instructions were poor - not the clearest of images (appear to be a copy of a copy) to be able to see the orientation of the part being assembled, though each part was helpfully numerically labelled & when built the unit appears solid/sturdy. Overall I’m impressed with the finished product & design. Think I’m watching the fire’s flame effect more than my TV!

Excellent quality product and very happy with how it looks. Would definitely recommend, could have done with printed instructions for the cabinet rather than a video but overall not too much of an issue.

Brilliant company to deal with, would highly recommend. The quality of the media wall is great and looks fantastic in the room. We did have an issue with one of the bundle parts however the staff at Vision Spaces dealt with it immediately and got a replacement delivered within days. A positive experience is much appreciated nowadays, so close to Christmas too!!

Delivered on time as said, quality of panels looks good, haven't yet installed it.Does appear expensive compared to other panels I have used previously.

Amazing product . I had been after a media wall for a while and until I seen these had not liked any. The fire is a great realistic effect.
The quality of the units and the wall panels is great.

My order arrived on the day that was provided, excellent service, needed 1 more panel was sent quickly. Product is good quality.

The quality of the item was so below what we were expecting, it arrived damaged due to ( in my option) being poorly wrapped. But the actual finish on the edges of the laminate was shoddy and unfinished. Not what you would expect with the price the items cost.

The refund process was pretty straight forward... After I chased things up, finally enough the handlers had missed my email

Once the collection was arranged It was collected swiftly and I was refunded without any issues.

Afterwards I found a much better priced unit elsewhere, much better quality.

Great communication and fast delivery, the installation videos on you tube are really helpful. We did have some fixtures and fittings missing for the fire unit it, however I called customer services and they sent these out the same day with no issues. Great product and great company to deal with.

I got lots of assistance whilst choosing the package I needed. The delivery was great and we followed the video instructions to build our media wall. Only criticism is the wood that was supplied for the unit to hang on, was too long. We had fixed it to the wall then realised it was too long, so it was extra work having to take it down, saw it to the correct length then refit. We did have to do a lot of thinking outside the box for cutting out bits for the wires etcetera but we got there and are really happy with the end result
