Five stars all around!
First off; the boots are the best vegan option I’ve seen/felt so far, by far! The online purchase and shipping went smooth and customer service was on point! 5 stars all around!

Awful Customer Service
I recently ordered a a pair of their boots, which seem tremendous in both design and quality. However, as the package arrived in the mail, I was unpleasantly surprised that they had sent me the wrong model. I sent them an email regarding my issue, and they responded, saying that they'll come back to me with a return label shortly. I haven't heard from them since. Fast forward four weeks and four additional emails, to which I received no reply whatsoever, I've decided to write this review. After reading of others' experience, it seems I'm not the only one faced with such issue. Therefore, if you do decide to purchase from this brand, make sure to order the correct size, since returns seem impossible. Even then, one can only hope that the correct product arrives, as was, in my experience, not the case. It almost feels like a scam. What if the model I received simply wasn't selling as well as the other, and they wanted to get rid of it?

Everything is fine with the shoes.
I was just not so happy with the shipment via UPS. I never received any notification from UPS that my parcel has arrived. Also the tracking number link in the email from Viron did not work. Just because I searched on the UPS side for my tracking number I found out that the parcel has arrived in the pick up shop.

Love these boots
Love these boots! So comfy and they have great style. Super quick shipping and I love that they are vegan. They do seem to run small. I'm a 6.5 (US women's) and I got a 7. They are a very snug 7! I do wish there were 1/2 sizes and I could've got a 7.5 which I think would be a perfect fit.

Significant lack of communication
Despite a significant delay in delivery of the order I made, no response was received from Viron to several emails I have sent in that regard. I have not received the order nor do I know its status. I have been unsure how to proceed and if I will be reimbursed in the case the order is not delivered.

Customer service was AWESOME!
I've had a lot of problems with my delivery (not virón's fault but the shipping company's) and customer service was amazingly helpful, patient and quick about it too.
The shoes are so so cool and comfy and the quality seems very good too. I just hope they are durable but that remains to be seen.
10/10 would definitely recommend!
