Very bad experience. Wrong size so I send them back and now they don’t even respond to my email . 5 emails went out even the founder of Viron ( Julian) I have contacted him no response. I hope to get a shoe with correct size or my Money back. Bad customer service .

I love what this brand is doing 💚🍏. I ordered some 1992 boots. They are great quality and very cool, but they were too small for me.

I ordered a size up immediately, and the people over at Viron were super quick and chilled to talk to over just a couple of emails to get my return sorted.

Honestly much easier than returning with DHL or something 😆

Shoes don't feel high quality, soles are way too thin, you can feel every bump on the street.
However they look good.
Furthermore shipping costs 15 Euros and a return would be 15 Euros again. 30 Euros for trying on the shoe is just outrageos if you would pay 200.

That would be a reason never to buy something again even if i just need to try a bigger size.

I really like your brand. and I have 3 or 4 different shoos from you. But las time I did' t receive my order, it's been 1 month already. so I'm really worried

I bought a pair of the 1992 Black Corn in August. The shoes came fast and looked good, but sadly they didn’t fit in size 45 because thr measurements Viron gives in their website are completely wrong.

Since then i am trying to reach their customer service, i must have written 6 e-mails to get an exchange. They responded once and now i have sent my shoes back to them and i haven’t heard anything since!

I tried to get a different pair in 46 but they don’t respond and now i am worried 😦 won‘t get new shoes as replacement shoes or my money back.

I can definitely not recommend this shop, since they pretend to care about the environment, but they do not care about their customers it seems.

It has been over 3 weeks since I placed an order for a pair of shoes and they still have not shipped the shoes yet. It took 2 weeks for them to just book the shipping and now it has gone more than a week since the booking and they still haven't handed the package to the delivery company.

The customer support is basically non-existent with slow replies and useless replies with no direct answer. For example them telling me that the order has been shipped when they haven't even handed over the package to the delivery company.

If I would've read the reviews here first then I wouldn't have ordered the shoes. I don't know how much longer it will take or even if I will get the shoes but this has definitely been the worst customer experience and slowest shipping I've ever experienced.

The shoes are very nice, but very bad customer service with no support whatsoever. I bought their environment boots and in less than a year of very moderate usage (3-4 times per month) the writing on the side faded off. I asked the customer service for support on the issue and their suggestion was to"to scrape off the material for a fully black shoe. It’s a unique approach that some of our customers have found works well in achieving a more uniform look". I could have bought the full black boots if i wanted this unique approach but i did not. Honestly very disappointing because i really love the concept and think the shoes themselves are very durable and sustainable. Hopefully ill find a different brand with better customer support.

I placed an order more than two weeks ago inside the EU and still don't have my product. The answers via email are really slow, and it's been a super bad experience. Hope to receive my product or my money as soon as possible.

Fast delivery, nice looking shoes.

First of all, a bad experience because of holidays and a misunderstanding for the shipping address. But yet the problem was identified by Viron, a New order for the same product has been sent and quickly received.
