I was attracted by their amazing vision, cool designs, and idea of using Appleskin. Unfortunately, despite the high price, the material quality is quite poor (after 1 week of normal usage, my boots were already showing some weird damage in the appleskin, which never happened with other shoes I owned and wore the same way) and their customer service is not really helpful. They replied to me and proposed me either a 20% refund, or a 20% voucher on my next purchase on their website. When I offered if I could send my boots back and exchange them (as my size was still available on their website), they agreed, but then never replied to my following questions concerning the return. To this day, I tried to contact them several times but no reply. I would not recommend this brand as the price is not worth the whole experience.

My boots not only look awesome they also are super comfortable and environmentally friendly. Huge up!

Great shoes, what can I say! Like the materials. You have to get a routine how to wear them but all in all I would defenetly recomend Viron!

Great Customer Service and Innovative product

Incredible shoes by the look of them, unfortunately they didn't fit. I contacted them and got an adress fri them to send the return. I returned the shoes for an exchange to an other size. Since i shipped them back (on my own expense) I haven't heard anything more. Its been a month since my return reached them, and I haven't heard anything or received the exchange or my return. I have tried to email them again with no results.

Terrible costumer service. They made a mistake with my order, due to lack of stock. They take a very long time to respond to emails. Overall they just seem to have no idea what is going on with their orders. They've said that it has been dispatched, but when asked about the tracking number, they question if the order has arrived or they will have to do a new order. Very frustrating processing, and all together embarrassing for a brand.

Horrible customer service!!!
I ordered shoes but the size was a little to tight so I asked to get them replaced. Thats was no problem at all. The shipping back tho costed me an extra 20€ since they said they were ,still a small buisness andbcouldn‘t afford that‘
That was two months ago. The shoes clearly arrived weeks ago as I can see that on the webside. I send so many emails and got not one answer. I don‘t know what to do anymore. I want my money back I don‘t care about these shoes nomore fr

Interesting product and they were very quick in delivering it over (took roughly 2 days from Portugal). The boots are great and a lot of information is given especially about sizing and materials used

Boots are super cool and quite comfortable, can't speak to the longevity yet.
However, I first ordered my boots 103 days ago, I received them today. Thanks to their odd sizing descriptions (as mentioned by another reviewer) I got my size wrong and had to pay $90AUD to get a new size. I don't really have an issue with that. What I do have an issue with is that it took 103 days to buy a pair of boots. During those 103 days, customer service was totally unresponsive. I received a thousand marketing emails though, and they made plenty of instagram posts in the mean time. Towards the end the only way I'd get a reply was to cc the CEO into my emails. To this day, I am yet to receive an apology for the absolutely horrendous customer service. Honestly, I would have let this one go since I like the boots, but the fact that in 103 days, they haven't apologised once for their incompetence, I'm making my experience public. Unless you live in France, and unless you are willing to roll the dice, stay away from this company.

I ordered my first pair of Viron boots. Shipping was fast, I’m in Canada and I thought it might take a week or two but it was only a few days! The fit is perfect. I was worried about the sizing. The construction of the boot is solid. Feels good while out wearing them. I’ve gotten a few inquiries as to where I bought them. If you’re on the fence about supporting Viron, just go for it. You won’t regret it.

Nach 4 Tagen kamen meine Stiefel an. Ich trage Größe 39 und habe diese Größe bestellt, sie passen perfekt... die Farbe stimmt mit der Farbe auf der Website überein. Und das Wichtigste...die Stiefel passen perfekt und sind sehr bequem. Ich empfehle den Kauf...mein Traum ist mit dem Kauf von Viron-Schuhen wahr geworden 🫠🫠🫠

Virón return was really helpful we were able to find a solution to my problem. Thank you so much for all your help!! I was able to return the boots I bought by mistake. I’m from US, to sent the boots back I had to pay and crazy amount of money, but Virón was really understanding and helpful. By the way, The boots that I got right, were a gift to my boyfriend he loved them!! Very unique!
