Absolutely gorgeous boots

Absolutely gorgeous boots, so comfortable and stylish.
Very quick delivery. I have been looking for vegan boots for a while, they are such good quality.

Paid for the boots, never got them nor a refund

I ordered the black apple boots, which turned out to be a size too small. Sent them back to Viron (which I paid for myself) after they told me to ship them to a Portuguese address. I also sent them the tracking number as they asked. I can see from the system that they received my boots, however since then my emails have been ignored and I haven't received my exchanged pair of boots. It's been over a month. I have sent them emails to all of the email addresses listed on their webpage, but still nothing. I have never left reviews anywhere, but I feel like this time it's necessary. What a bummer.

Poor service, ignoring enquiries and delayed deliveries

My experience with this company was extremely disappointing. The order was processed slowly, my cancellation requests were ignored, and eventually the item was shipped without regard to my wishes. Delivery took longer than expected and now I have to pay for a return. Customer service is not on call, which only adds to my frustration. This approach to service leaves an extremely negative impression and does not dispose to further purchases.

love the boots, great aesthetic, great purpose, very light. easy delivery and buying experience. thank you very much. incredibly happy with them. also the size guide was very helpful.

Second pair

Fast shipping

As the ordered shoes were a bit too small, I exchanged them. The replacement was shipped pretty fast and I'm super happy with my new shoes. ❤️

Cool

Livraison rapide et bien protégée sans emballage superflu.
Les chaussures sont splendides et ont l'air de bonne qualité.
Par contre, ça taille un peu grand. Donc si vous faites un petit 36, ça sera sûrement trop grand.

Der Schuh ist großartig

Der Schuh ist großartig. Das Design gefällt mir sehr gut und er trägt sich wunderbar. Allerdings bin ich froh, dass ich entgegen der Empfehlung, den Schuh in meiner normalen Schuhgröße bestellt habe. Hätte ich ihn wie empfohlen eine Nummer kleiner bestellt, wäre er zu kurz gewesen.

I never received my package

I never received my package. I paid extra for a fast delivery and it never came. I can no longer track my package and I have contacted UPS but they can not help me.
