I sent for a Glow & Berry and Mascara in November. It arrived together with another package addressed to me but on opening I saw the invoice was for Heidi Sheridan whose address is in Reading, I live in Yorkshire.
I contacted Violet Jordan and was told to send it back and they would pay postage on receipt of the delivery.
I decided to return my order as well as Heidi’s and sent a copy of the receipt together with the all the relevant information they had asked for.
I received an email from Lucy on 25th November to say they had received the returned package and a refund would follow in 3/5 days.
I did the right thing in alerting Violet Jordan to the error made by their delivery department but after many weeks now and over 12 emails to them I haven’t had any communication from them since 26th November. I’ve repeatedly called their customer service telephone number and got a recorded message asking me to call back during working hours!
I’m wondering if there is customer service department or even a “Lucy?There certainly is no communication from them in answering emails or telephone calls which makes it impossible to make contact regarding with an order.

I saw the videos advertising Violet Jordan cosmetics and I they looked like exactly what I was looking for. I really wanted to love them, but unfortunately I didn't.
I bought the "Glow & Go" set for £39. The recommendation is to apply the products directly to the skin and blend with fingertips. I found the products dragged on my skin way too much. Building up layers of product for a less subtle effect was difficult and not particularly effective. I would not feel comfortable applying them that way if I were to continue using them. After application the products felt greasy on my skin, which I didn't like.
The best positive I could find was the "Berry" stick worked quite well as lip colour, although it did wear off quickly.
I emailed asking for instructions to return the products for a refund, but received zero response. So I found the returns information on their website. I will update as to whether or not a refund is actually forthcoming.

I am really impressed
I am really impressed, this is not a foundation that covers the face, it's subtle colours that enhance natural features. I did read the reviews before trying and did get put it off a few times, as some described it as a smear of vaseline. So,If you wear full make up all the time it's not for you. But if you want to look 'natural' it might be for you. I'm 65 and I wanted something a bit more natural, just enough to bring out my colour, cheeks, lips, highlight my brows and just enough to give ME a boost. It works for ME.

Poor Product
I purchased the 3 sticks in May 2024 following seeing much hype of this product on social media ( seems I fell for it!)
I was very disappointed, the product seems completley pointless, no colour to it just a smear of grease, feels a very cheap product.
Zero stars for the product but I've given 2 stars as I did return and received my money back fairly promptly which is something, although I did have to pay for the postage.

Really love the idea of these products and I like buying from small retailers. The holders are beautiful in pink and look expensive. I think this was the pull to give them a try. I liked the pearl one out of the trio set the most but my skin felt greasy afterwards and I thought it would absorb. I was underwhelmed. The berry colour is not suited to my skin or green eye colour. I thought it would be suitable if I applied it lightly and it would just slightly redden my lips. The berry stick just left what looked like a lipstick stain on my lips and it looked awful no matter how light I applied it. To sell a one product which suits all is untruthful, as we all have different skin tones and textures. I buy good skin care products which I use twice daily and have even skin tone and no sun damaged areas. A pinker lip stain which is less burgundy and not a mauve on my lips may have suited me better. The dew is no other than lip balm. Would not buy again. But they may be suited to some people of a similar skin tone and eye colour. Samples would be good.

Two stars is generous
Really not suitable for those who are over 60 and like good coverage. The product is greasy and, well, a bit pointless really because you still end up using moisturiser and foundation as well, otherwise you look as if you’ve slathered a bit of coloured Vaseline on.
I am being so generous giving it 2 stars, but I am trying to ‘use it up’ in conjunction with my proper makeup. I have only tried the three stick stuff, not any of their other products.
Edit: Whilst offering a refund on used products is both generous and laudable, it still doesn’t mean that the product is any good

Dried and tested !
Hello, I was excited by product reviews so bought the product; I don't usually wear makeup and now I remrmber why.
The VJ dew stick dragged across my delicate skin, the berry blusher did not blend easily into my skin, as demonstrated in videos. It sat on my skin, like an excema rash, and the highlighter was dry and so difficult to apply.
I wonder if I was sent old stock that had begun to dry out.
I bought it ,initially as a gift for my sister, but wascso excited by the rave vidro performances thought I'd try it first, then buy again.
Glad I didn't buy 2 packs !

I really don’t believe any of these good reviews. If anyone thinks this makeup is good then they must have senile dementia or be so menopausal it’s sent them gaga. It reminds me of the makeup that came with a “Girls World” back in the 70s. Sorry Lucy but what the heck??

Victorious Violet Jordan!
I've been using Violet Jordan for a while now and I can confidently say they are really beautiful and effective products.
The cleanser is gorgeous, creamy and lovely to use and really removes all the days make up and grime! The eye cream is a great value for money product that feels so silky and caring when it's applied.
The mascara is in a cute tube and lasts all day - no smudging! My favourites are the Dew, Pearl and Berry sticks. Why has nobody produced this idea before! These three little gems can basically make you look brighter, more 'glowy' in an instant. The huge benefit for me, and probably all of us, is the speed they can be applied with such amazing results.
I even invested in the foot cream, it's rich and luxurious, and it's turned out to be my husband's favourite too!

I will be celebrating my 70th birthday…
I will be celebrating my 70th birthday this year and my introduction to Violet Jordan could not have come at a better stage of life for me. I absolutely love these products. They make me feel rejuvenated and give me that fresh outdoor look, which I have always tried to maintain. 3 sticks of pure bliss 😊
I was a bit dubious trying out Violet Jordan products at first as I've tried a few and they ended up in the bottom of my makeup bag.
However, having tried the range, I can honestly say that I will NOT be buying anything else!
The products are so easy to apply and I wouldn't be without them. 3 sticks of pure bliss.
I am not a lover of mascara but loved the Violet Jordan one so much I now use it daily.
The skin cleanser is perfect for my combination skin too.
Can't rate the Violet Jordan range highly enough.

I love Violet Jordan products
I'm an older lady, 68 and find all these products very gentle on my skin, which has lost some of its elasticity. I have introduced a couple of friends to the products by buying them the bundle of, Dew, Pearl and Berry as birthday or Christmas gifts and they too have been very happy with the results. I love to watch the videos of real people using the products. Thank you for making my make up bag a lot more streamlined and simple.

Recently relocated to the UK and found my skin very dry. Saw the advertisement for Violet Jordan.

I ordered from Violet Jordan having seen this on facebook and liked the idea of a natural makeup.
Following my order I read several reviews and was able to understand the product contains several things my skin reacts too. I immediately tried to email the company to cancel the order- however the email just bounces back ad there is no way to get in touch despite many attempts.
The product arrived today and i am unable to use them.
The blush colour is very light on my hand and the Dew a non existent colour.
I would like to return as per the blurb on the website but have no idea how you do this when the email bounces back.
Be warned the guarantee is useless.
