My experience in vinyasa yoga shala it's been absolutely amaizing ❤
I have no words to describe how beautiful it's been.. all the staff that work here are lovely, the teachers are very profesional and at the same time very warm and friendly and the owners are a beautiful young family. Everyone here put so much care and love on teaching us and making us living the best experience.
The food was delicious, the accommodation was good and the energy of the place is beautiful.
I would repeat my experience 100 times and I fully recomend this school. When you love what you do things always goes good, and they love yoga and put their effort in teaching their knowledge to us.

Vinyasa Yoga shala is a great shala.
All the teachers are very knowledgeable, patient, helpful.
I enjoyed the 300 hours ytt with the entire team of Vinyasa Yoga shala.
They have touched on all the aspects.
They have included lotsa topics in 300 hours.
It was very helpful. Added much value.
Overall great experience. I also got two months extension.
I enjoyed every session of Ashishji; loved the yin yoga classes and Ashtanga Classes.
If you are looking to add on your ytt, expand your knowledge and learn a lot more to improve on your practice Vinyasayogashala is the place.

Joining the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program is a wonderful journey to me. 😊

I used to teach yoga in Taiwan before my daughter was born, but I never quit yoga, keep looking for chances to do more advanced study. It's not easy for a busy mom to balance her dream and the houseworks. So this self-paced program is really a ideal choice to me.

The courses are well-structured, the teachers are all very dedicated to their teaching, also the contents of every class are knowledgeable.

My favorite is the anatomy class, the teacher's lectures are very clear. And Ashtanga teaching is also great. The other thing that impressed me the most was the Kundalini meditation. Although I followed the video to learn, but following the teacher's explanation, during the meditation, I had a wonderful healing experience, and was full of energy.

Thank to myself for joining this program. It was one of the best experiences of 2022. I also hope to visit India in the future to participate in more yoga courese. Thanks to all the beautiful souls of Vinyasa Yogashala!

Taking the 200h yoga training with Vinyasa was for myself rather for becoming a teacher. However the amount of knowledge that I have gained is amazing! Online course was informative and the videos well prepared for following them on your own pace. Live classes were and are a weekly surprise, since a subject is changing and there is always something new to discover there. The staff is helpful in responding to questions related to class, practice and Yoga.
I can sincerely recommend the course to anyone that wants to improve his/her Yoga skills and understanding.

I had the pleasure of being taught by Ashish at a retreat I attended in rishikesh. I had absolutely no experience with yoga or meditation before the retreat and there amazing teacher managed to teach me so much in that time that my life will be changed forever. Like many westerners I was under the belief that yoga consisted of doing poses for an hour or so a day and meditation is sitting quietly trying to stop all your thoughts. I was so wrong! I was introduced to so many aspects of yoga and meditation i didn't know existed, the intriguing indepth history,how yoga and meditation blend perfectly.
They live and breathe their words of yoga philosophy by incorporating it into their daily practice with such ease.
I can't wait to see Ashish ji,and learn from them again.

If you have a problem choosing a yoga school take this comment as a sign to choose Vinyasa Yoga Shala. I had an amazing time during my 200 YTT and met incredible people along the way :)

- Extremely knowledgeable and passionate teachers who truly want to share their knowledge with you,
- Great and tasty food,
- Neat and clean accommodation with an amazing view of the foothills of the Himalayas,
- Great trips, especially sunrise trip and Ganges rafting,
- Feeling of 'being at home' and being looked after thanks to all staff members <3
- The course is very demanding both physically and mentally, and there is very little free time - so bring a lot of tissues and muscle pain cream :)

- Sometimes poor communication and contradicting messages from different teachers,
- Sometimes organisation could have been better,
- Too little protein in meals,
- As there is very little free time and the only day off is Sunday, I recommend arriving a few days before the course or leaving a bit later as you want to have time to explore the area more, for instance, the stunning waterfalls nearby,
And the last one:
- You will cry when leaving this place... <3

I have just completed the online 200hour teacher training programme.
I was initially a little worried that the course may not provide a full experience or prepare me sufficiently to teach yoga. However, I needed have worried.
The online course was everything I had hoped it would be and more.
The tuition was fabulous and I learned so much. Why hadn’t any of the yoga classes and workshops I had attended ever taught me this?
I couldn’t wait to get online every day and work on the next unit.
Any questions I had were answered extremely quickly.
Basically I couldn’t recommend this course highly enough and I’m not a person that’s easy to please.
If your considering the 200hr course and wondering which provider….look no further. Just book and start your journey now.

Vinyasa Yogashala was an incredible learning experience. Having the ability to do it remotely alleviated the stress of trying to juggle work and family obligations. Even though the program is remote the instructors were VERY responsive . Emails were always answered in a timely manor and there is even a chat option . The layout of the program is excellent with reading materials provided and videos to go along with it. I would strongly recommend this program to anyone looking to expand and advance their yoga practice and knowledge. Namaste
