It’s a great unit
It’s a great unit. Delivery was great and it looks perfect…but the smell of damp is overpowering. I’ve tried bicarbonate, charcoal, essential oils. The whole ground floor of the house smells strongly of damp now..hopefully it will wear off…otherwise super happy

Vinterior - First Class service and support
Firstly, I found a beautiful dining table at a decent price and when there was a slight problem contacting the seller who had family priorities Achel, in customer services was extremely helpful and intervened to get the information for me very smartly I deed and followed up to ensure I was happy with the response. I was thrilled when the table was delivered by Julian who was so friendly, polite and helpful. The table was exactly as described and very beautiful. This is my second time purchasing furniture through Vinterior and the experience has been great. I highly recommend the company, I am certain you will be as delighted as I have been.

Terrible company
Terrible company. The money they charge for buyers protection it’s a scam. Twice now I was delivered wrong things and clearly documented but they refused to return my money.

My order arrived damaged
My order arrived damaged. I’ve still not received a refund even though everything has been returned to the seller who didn’t package the items properly. It’s taking a while to get any comms and it was a significant outlay. The terms and conditions clearly specify a refund in such circumstances but the timescales are a bit mad considering the damaged goods.
