I contacted Vinterior with a question prior to listing an item and Achel answered quickly and was very helpful.

Excellent service.Easy, straightforward and delighted with my purchase : exactly as described.

The description said surface scratches. They were far more than that. It was very dusty especially in the drawers and had paint spots on the item. I saw the same desk on eBay for half of the price and decided this one must be better. I’ve had a piece of tinted glass cut to disguise the surface adding to the cost. I would not use this site again

I write this as a seller. My heart always sinks when an item sells on Vinterior rather than another platform. The reason is twofold: The commission is ridiculous. I sold an item for £520. I get paid £395. The argument that each item is 'curated' is ridiculous, it is a mass sales platform, and I even have to create my own advert and photographs. Secondly, if that wasn't bad enough, I sold my item on June 15th and I still haven't received my funds today (21st July). The buyers might like Vinterior, but it isn't so hot for the sellers.

Vinterior offers a variety of beautiful items suited to all kinds of tastes. Their service is great and their sellers are excellent. I only had very good experience with them and I highly recommend them. The products are of highest quality and items arrive well packaged and on a promised day. Great service.

You were very patient and helpful with the Post Office which seemed to have got it wires crossed. All's well that ends well and once again, the little bottle lives up to its photo and description. You are a great find and source of very unusual presents.

Very happy with purchase

I accidentally got the measurements wrong and required a return. Faye made it so easy and took the time out - on a weekend - to help arrange collection at the earliest possible timeslot. Then, when the seller was being difficult during the returns process, Faye stepped in and resolved the issue immediately.

Will be buying again in the future - great customer service.

It was very easy to order the Ercol pandora coffee table online as im not very good with technology. The customer services staff I've been in contact with have been very friendly and helpful. Can't fault them at all. The coffee table is as described and in good condition

The fact that, as a seller, you cannot delete a listing. Instead you have to mark it as sold, which gives a false representation of actual sales made through Vinterior, which btw, is one of the most frustrating platforms to sell on. Five month's in, not sold a single item, which is not due to the item itself, sales hindered by items being placed on hold.

Products were good and in excellent condition. Delivery was quick and payment was easy.

I was one of the original vinterior dealers years ago when they first launched, back then we had account managers and relationships with the head office team, now the company has been sold and its just another customer first, over charge the sellers, mico managed waste of space

They are all about adding little fees here, a return fee for buyers, a card processing fee for sellers, increasing the commission, hold on to the money longer, all the time hiding behind rules and terms and condition like a dodgy mobile phone company

Its such a shame as Vinterior used to have heart and soul but now its just a money grabbing seller abusing waste of space

I'm going to stick with 1stdibs, Pamono and I can't and of course Ebay, they all still have that personal touch for professional sellers

I purchased a slipper chair. When it arrived one of the legs had been deliberately turned around to hide/conceal damage to the leg. I raised this with Vinterior and asked for s partial refund. This was refused!! I would not recommend purchasing from this company. Damage is one thing but concealing damage is totally unacceptable!!

The purchase process went well and no trouble . The items were delivered promptly and cost was reasonable
However the after sales process was hard work. I was asked to verify receipt of the table. That was very difficult to do. I kept going round in circles

I gave up as I knew that if I had not replied after so many days the seller would get paid anyway.
The same thing happened last time I made a purchase. Something seems to be wrong
I dont know if any others have had the same problems but I found the system very frustrating.

I purchased a 1970s record cabinet in perfect condition. The delivery company damaged the cabinet. I have been waiting ages for vinterior to pay for repairs. I didn’t ask for repairs plus depreciation of value, just repair cost despite the fact that a 50 year old piece of furniture that was in perfect condition is now and forever damaged. I did not choose or hire the delivery company so I am puzzled as to why I have to wait for the claim to be processed through Proovia. Furthermore I’m actually baffled that you offered me £300 in good faith when all I was asking for was £336 the actual cost of the repairs. The whole situation is unreasonable. I as a customer purchased something from a vendor via your company. I’m not sure why I have to wait for a claim with a company I never contracted with. You should be the one waiting for the claim not me. You should have paid me straight away.

Great service the delivery men were very good and placed the wardrobe in our bedroom for us great communication all through the purchase and delivery process. The wardrobe was excellent quality just what we were looking for

I keep buying from you so you are clearly doing something right.
I have however raised an issue with your tech department about the fact that I am having difficulties in reviewing sellers so won’t be reviewing your site again until this issue is resolved.
