Bonjour, malgré le suivi je n’ai jamais reçu le colis. De plus suite à cet achat j’ai eu plusieurs débits sur ma carte bleu inconnus, ce qui m’a contraint à devoir faire opposition. Bref je ne recommande pas !

Ich bin insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit VILLAIN.

Der Hoodie war mir in der ersten Größe etwas zu klein, deshalb habe ich ihn umgetauscht. Der Retourenprozess hat problemlos funktioniert und auf meine E-Mails wurde freundlich und hilfreich geantwortet.

Auf meinen Wunsch hin wurde die Retoure sogar priorisiert und die Ersatzlieferung konnte ohne Probleme an eine andere Adresse geschickt werden.

Der neue Hoodie ist rechtzeitig angekommen, sitzt sehr gut und auch mit der Qualität bin ich zufrieden.

Insgesamt ein sehr guter Ablauf und ein hilfreicher Support. 5 Sterne von mir.

First of all, the website lists a delivery time of 4–6 days or so, but the packages don’t arrive until 2 weeks or more later. On top of that, while the products themselves are good quality, the leopard print on mine was already half ruined—it had kind of peeled off a bit, as shown on the website.

Villain runs fake giveaways all the time on Instagram and TikTok, and if you message them about it, they ignore you everywhere. In my case, I won a T-shirt in their World Cup prediction contest. It doesn’t go through Villain directly but through the owners themselves, and they’re really obsessed with followers and likes in that regard.

Otherwise, the pieces are really nice and always fit well.

Ware im Wert von 110€ bestellt ( 07.08.26 ) und Ware nicht erhalten. Per Mail kontaktiert und siehe da, auch da keine Reaktion! Leider können wir es nicht mal stornieren! Dreckladen! Bestellt lieber woanders!

Ich warte schon eine weile habe 500fr. ausgegeben und es noch nicht erhalten warte jetzt seit mehr als 3 wochen meine freunde haben es nach mir bestellt und schon lange erhalten

I ordered from VILLAIN expecting my order to arrive within the advertised delivery timeframe.
Instead, I have been waiting far longer than expected.
My parcel was eventually shipped
internationally and has now reached the UK, but the delivery has still taken much longer than expected. The tracking has been stuck on the same stage for days, which has been really frustrating.
I understand that international deliveries can sometimes be delayed, but the amount of time I've had to wait is ridiculous. I needed the clothes for an event and they didn't arrive when expected.
I won't be ordering from VILLAIN again because of this

The quality of the materials is just incredible 🔥 The fit is perfect, and for the price, it’s honestly a steal. You gotta get it before the prices go up 🤞🏼

Bei meiner ersten Bestellung lief alles reibungslos ab. Bei einer weiteren Bestellung ist mir ein Fehler unterlaufen, darauf hin habe ich sofort den Kontakt zum Support gesucht um eine Stornierung anzufragen, ohne irgendwelche Probleme wurde der Auftrag sofort storniert, das alles hat nur paar std gedauert. Deshalb kann ich persönlich gar nicht die schlechten Bewertungen verstehen die hier geschrieben werden. Ich habe das alles ganz anders erlebt. Bei mir lief alles reibungslos ab.

Ich warte schon seit 9.August und habs immer noch nicht bekommen

Très déçu car j’ai commandé en juillet (le22 pour être exact). Et nous sommes actuellement le 23 août sa fait déjà 2 mois que j’ai commandé. Et c’est pas comme si j’habitais loin non non j’habite à Bruxelles ! J’ai envoyé des messages sur Instagram, aucune réponse, par mail aussi et, aucune réponse et je n’ai aucune info sur mail commande ce n’est pas normal je demande un remboursement immédiat !

Daughter accidentally placed order while showing me the shipping was $94USD for one item. I IMMEDIATELY wrote in to cancel the order, and then I followed up every single day thereafter until they replied 5 DAYS later saying they shipped the item so they couldn’t cancel. Needless to say, HORRIBLE customer service. No reason not to answer emails and cancel an order before it ships (it took 4 days there was plenty of time for them to cancel) so I own a $90 sweatshirt that cost $94
To ship and to return id have to have to pay that much again just to get back by original $90. For what it’s worth the sweatshirt is good quality and fits luckily but I’ll never buy anything here ever again.

Ich habe am 19.7. bestellt. Es wird mit Versand innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen geworben. Auf Mails oder Nachrichten über Instagram wird nicht geantwortet.
Kann nur abraten dort zu bestellen.

Pessima: pantaloni ordinati 2 settimane fa. Sarebbero dovuti arrivare in 3/4 giorni e invece non ho ricevuto nulla ancora…
