Ich habe die Software Videoproc als Lifetime-Lizenz erworben. Beim Kauf wurde ausdrücklich mit einer 30-tägigen Rückgabemöglichkeit geworben. Leider hat sich die Software in meinem Anwendungsfall als ungeeignet herausgestellt, weshalb ich von der beworbenen Rückgabegarantie Gebrauch machen wollte.

Zu meinem Erstaunen wurde mein Rückgabewunsch jedoch ohne Angabe von Gründen abgelehnt. Aus meiner Sicht ist das Rückgaberecht damit nur ein leeres Versprechen.
Später merke ich, dass in meinem Account ein Abo vermerkt ist, obwohl ich eine Lifetime Lizenz gekauft habe. Support hat bisher nicht reagiert!

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrung kann ich das Produkt bzw. das Unternehmen nicht empfehlen.

Warum ich immer erst über Trustpilot gehen muss ist schon erstaunlich. Jetzt , nachdem mein Kommentar veröffentlicht wurde gab es eine Reaktion. Dafür Danke Erfahrung von heute , 10.08.2025

3 Lizenzen, eine funktioniert !
Was mache ich wenn der PC abstürzt und ich nicht mehr machen kann außer eine Neuinstallation. Wie soll ich eine Lizenz zurücksetzen und warum . Eine Lizenz kann ich nur zurück setzen wenn die Software noch läuft.
Was soll ich als Kunde machen ? Jedes mal 3 Lizenzen kaufen damit eine funktioniert. Manchmal funktioniert der Support 1A , manchmal schläft dieser ?
Der Support sollte sich mal in die Lage eines Kunden hineinversetzen ! Eventuell wäre die Reaktion dann eine andere , nicht unbedingt eine bessere ?!

Missverständnisse sind dafür da das diese aus dem Weg räumt.
Nach ein paar E-Mail-Korrespondenzen kam es zur Einigung, Ich bin zufrieden, der Verkäufer ist zufrieden.
Schreiben ist nicht immer ratsam, wenn man das geschriebene nicht richtig versteht , liest oder sonst irgendwas.
Es wurden wie geschrieben die Missverständnisse aus dem Weg geräumt, gute Support ist wichtig und wenn es funktioniert wie hier, jetzt ist alles bestens.
Ich finde die suupper, auch sehr einfach aber trotzdem professionell.

Downloads kommen nur noch mit Fehlern.
Positiv kann ich bewerten das ein Versuch das ganze seitens ViedeoProc schnell und bemüht lief.
Deswegen noch 2 Sterne.

I've owned VideoProc for less than 24 hours. I'm impressed. I had an image that I improved as much as I possibly could with Topaz products. I then ran it through Image AI and got an amazingly good image. What an eye opener for me.

I've used Topaz products for as many years as they have been in business and they have excellent products. What led me to VideoProc is; I now need to improve some videos and their Video AI product sells for $299, which is way beyond my price range. So I purchased this product and found it does OK with videos, which makes me happy, but with the Image AI photo improvement, I'm ecstatic with the product. For the money, it is a great software.

Every single video i converted from DVD ends up with out of sync audio! i converted over 20 or more DVD's now all i got is a bunch of blurry and out of sync audio videos! Thanks a lot.

Ich habe auch das gleich Problem, bei jeder Neuinstallion sei es geänderte Hardware oder nach Neuinstallation von Win 10, muß ich betteln, per Email das ich wieder aktiviert werde. Ich habe auch eine lebenslange Lizenz gekauft. Jetzt behauptet, ein Mitarbeiter auf meine letzte Anfrage,es hätten zu viele Personen mit der gleichen Lizenz, die Software installiert. Das geht doch garnicht,da ich immer mit meiner email Adresse schreibe, um wider zu aktivieren. Ausserdem bin ich allein.

It's a POS that doesn't tell you the trial is a 5 minute slice. For what it's worth, the 5 minutes is enough to let you know that unless you want grey bars in your video you need to look elsewhere

Tech support able to quickly solve my extraction problem with VideoProc by sending me a link to a version that worked.

I've been a long time user of the free giveaway version but I finally got around to buying the 5 user lifetime license during one of their frequent sales. The product is great and very user friendly. I mainly use it for upscaling old videos and for colour correction. I find many old movies and TV series look very washed out because of how they have been stored. Videoproc makes it very easy to put the colour back.

J'utilise VideoProc depuis plusieurs années, et je constate une amélioration constante du logiciel. J'ai commencé avec la version gratuite, qui était déjà très performante. Cependant, lorsque j'ai dû traiter des ensembles de données plus volumineux, j'ai décidé de passer à la version payante, et je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix.

La version complète m'a permis de travailler sans aucune limitation, tout en profitant de fonctionnalités avancées qui facilitent énormément les tâches complexes. Parmi les points forts, on retrouve des outils d'édition vidéo comme la découpe, le recadrage , une conversion rapide et efficace compatible avec une multitude de formats, et la possibilité de télécharger des vidéos depuis de nombreux sites. La compression des fichiers vidéo est aussi excellente, permettant de réduire leur taille sans perte de qualité. Le logiciel gère parfaitement les vidéos en 4K/8K

J'apprécie particulièrement le fait que tout fonctionne localement, sans nécessiter une connexion Internet constante (sauf pour les mises à jour). De plus, la fonction qui éteint l'appareil une fois le travail terminé est un vrai plus. L'interface est conviviale.

Enfin, un grand merci au service client, qui est réactif et très professionnel. Ils ont résolu mon problème rapidement et avec beaucoup de courtoisie. Grâce à l'accélération matérielle, le traitement des tâches est ultra-rapide, ce qui rend l'expérience utilisateur encore meilleure. Je recommande vivement VideoProc à tous ceux qui recherchent un outil fiable et performant pour leurs projets multimédias !

Even using the free version, the video converter is an amazing tool to seamlessly convert files. I would highly recommend if you need an intuitive, quick way to fix a video that isn't playing properly.

In the past I have used some other similar products but VPC is best for me because I found everything encapsulated in single software for my usual media requirements . I'm regular home user (not professional) and for me VPC AI software fulfill all requirements for usual media working regarding convert/improve, and download photo/video/audio content. My laptop is an old Toshiba 64bit Windows 10Home, 8Gb RAM and Pentium 1.6GHz processor so rather weak system. Against my hardware speed/performance, VPC run smoothly and do the jobs in reasonable time. I use VPC from 2019 and tried mostly features Downloader/VideoConvert/DVD/AudioAI/SuperResolutionAI and in rare occasion Stabilization. Globally I'm very satisfied with results considering my hardware resources, so for medium skilled users I highly recommend VPC AI. Thank you VPC !

Superbe logiciel qui permet d'améliorer très significativement nos vidéos en 4K pour un prix raisonnable. Des mises à jour régulières permettent de mettre les algorithmes à jour. Je travaille sur des vidéos assez longues donc des temps de traitement pouvant prendre la journée mais c'est normal même avec 4070 super. Juste le mode rapide qui a priori n'affecte que très peu le temps de traitement global.
Hâte des prochaines versions car ce logiciel est une vrai réussite.

The so-called "super resolution" barely improves video clarity and often introduces artifacts. The video stabilization tool, which is supposed to fix shaky footage, produces mixed results, leaving the videos looking unnatural. The ability to download and record videos directly within the software might save time, but it's riddled with bugs and crashes frequently. Overall, VideoProc Converter AI feels like an overhyped tool that doesn't live up to expectations. It’s not worth the investment, especially for anyone serious about video editing. There are better and more reliable options out there. Not recommended!
