Great Customer Support and a Great Product.
I'm a novice when it comes to copying video material, and I had an issue copying a DVD so I contacted customer support for assistance. I emailed them on Christmas day and got a response within 24 hours! Once a setting was changed, the software ran perfectly.

Consistent…ly improving!
I used the free version of VideoProc for a while. I just didn't need all the features are thei full capacity.or so i thought. once I started working with larger data sets but still wasn't in a position to purchase a new computer, i decided to upgrade my subscription on VideoProc. It's so much nicer, not having to worry about the limitations and being able to run a job and trusting it will shut down my device when it's done, and it all works locally, no need for internet connection other than when you need to install updates. Super user friendly, straight forward, effective, and impressive.

Garbage customer service.
I bought the software to enhance old television footage but the results were awful. The faces were distorted in a nightmare level.
I contacted the customer service for a refund on the same day but they started to ask for more videos and more info just to deny my request. They simply won’t honor their 30 days refund policy.
The software is garbage and doesn’t compare to Topaz Labs.
This is a company of dishonest scammers.
UPDATE 1
Company still refuses to issue the refund even after sending the video proving that their software doesn't work as advertised. I have contacted my credit card operator to cancel the transaction.

Using VideoProc for 10 yrs

It works fast and has no ads., no, nothing annoying here. One enjoys amazing customer service. But the music does not stop here. It fixes bad video and does excellent feature-rich screen recording, with no bloatware loaded all in one package. Easily recommend this safe program.

But when I changed my Windows and forgot the purchase details of the paid version I bought, I contacted the company that owns the application and they responded with my data. And when I had a problem, they solved it for me and explained the reasons. Honestly, it's the best value for money with great technical support. 最新にバージョンアップしてから録画モードが使えなくなった
10月の更新でバージョンアップしてから録画モードが使えなくなった。再起動や再インストールしても録画モードが真黒のままでWindowsの画面すら録画出来ない。永久ライセンスがあってもこれじゃ使い物になりません。
公式サイトには操作内容や売り文句ばかりで問題解決方法の提案が提示されておらず。問合せをしても言語の壁なのか通じず解決に至らない。
決して初心者向けのソフトではありませんね。

現象からみると、この動画サイトの著作権法で保護されている動画に録画盗難防止機能が追加されましたかもしれないです。録画行為を感知する場合、サイトの盗難防止録画機能が自動的に有効化され、サイトで対象動画画面を停止させて黒くなります。
残念ですが、製品はディスクトップに再生している画面のみ取られることができますが、動画の録画盗難防止機能を避ける機能がありません。申し訳ございません。

Die Demoversion hat tadellos funktioniert. Nach Kauf geht aber so gut wie nichts mehr. Upscaling und FPS drastisch eingebrochen. Die verbleibende Zeit wird erst nach 30 Minuten angezeigt: 14 Stunden für das Upscaling von FullHD auf 4K, und das trotz angeblicher GPU Unterstützung. CPU Auslastung bei nur 50%. So was ist echt dreist. Finger weg vom Kauf!!

Downloader Doesn't Work Anymore
The "Youtube Downloader" side of the app stopped working back at the end of October, just gives me "Analysis Failed" to all video. I used to like this software and used to find it useful but now one of the key features is broken to all videos I try to download plus we PAID for the software and now half of it doesn't work and they don't seem bothered to fix it. I contacted support and they kept on asking for a log file. There's no log file for converting videos. The developers claim that a problem with a Python update is causing it but other downloaders seem to work ? The problem still remains. Shame as I once enjoyed using this software.

Videoproc is the ABSOLUTE WORSE video…
Videoproc is the ABSOLUTE WORSE video download and converter I have come across. Don't waste your time or money purchasing this r_bbish. It fails 90% of downloads you try to process, except downloads you can do for free by simply adding a plugin to your browser. And the editing tools are nothing you can't do for free as well on free software you get with any computer.
Don't believe in all the positive reviews. They're fake and purchased. Save yourself the purchase and demands for refunds which will never be provided.

Videoproc Converter AI is an excellent software and does a outstanding job of what it is meant to do. I bought this software after trying it's free version and numerous other free software and found Videoproc to be the quickest to convert and download videos with excellent quallity. The interface is very intuitive and easy as well. The lifetime license is really worth the money and is highly recommended.

Intuitive and easy to use
This tool has been perfect for my needs. It's my go-to video downloader. If it cannot find the video at the URL, the screen recorder works just as well for my needs. I haven't even used all the features yet - the downloader and screen recorder are worth the lifetime license.

This is great software and usually works without any issues. Unfortunately, every now and again, even the best software has issues. With so many pc configurations it's bound to happen.
