VideoProc installed an unsolicited advertising on my mac, it comes up on the right upper corner, I cannot close it, it is very aggressive and very much bothering me as I loose focus in work. Please let me know how to get rid of it.

The VideoProc Converter is superb software. It works very fast en convenient. Moreover the support in case of a problem is excellent. The reactions to problems are to the point and in no time a problem is solved. Keep up the good work, Digiarty!

De situatie bij de helpdesk van Videoproc gemeld. Binnen 24 uur kreeg ik als reactie dat men de situatie had opgelost.

This software is great. I do not want to list all its functions here. One addition, its support is outstanding. I have frequent problems with changing formats of files, web site interface changes. This is our changing world, it is a norm these days. And the guys behind this software are just creating the new versions, upgrading interfaces, following the changes. As a result the intended functions of this software just keep working, are getting better...

Before evaluating the software I would like to give 5 START TO THE SUPPORT staff which always helped me out to solve issues with key registration and other minor ones.

I've been using Vproc Converter for a couple of years and I don't regret my choice, it's a handy and fast video converter. My 4 STARS are just because of two subtitle issues:
1. I can not create pure yellow subtitles after convertion, so in the end I get a pale yellow and there's no FX option for shadow and contourn like most other video converters, even free ones.

2. There's no option to manually adjust subtitle position on the video (up, middle, down)

Machine: MSI GF 63, COrei i7 11800H, 64gb RAM DDR4, SSD 1tb, Nvidia RTX 3050

Bonjour je viens d'acheter ce logiciel mais quand je convertie une video je ne peut pas utiliser un codec audio de mon choix par defaut je n'ais que AAC il m'est impossible de choisir exemple AC3 ou autre dans la liste deroulante je n'ais que AAC

Be aware that Stabilization is NOT available on M1 Mac computers

I did 2 different tests using a video just over a minute long. Both were way out of sync. Test failed. No need to waste time on a strike 3. This is out for me.

Using it for the first time after getting a lifetime subscription. The 1 hour 49 min video I am converting to Super resolution is going to take over 3 hrs to convert which I feel is a little too long. I thought it would be quicker

I am very pleased with the Customer Service response by Adam. He was able to rapidly ascertain how my Lifetime Licence became corrupted during an upgrade and provide a fix for both VideoProc Converter and my records.

I am also extremely satisfied with how the new VideoProc Converter AI functions, particularly a quite unexpected capability in its AI Image Enhancement feature!

Excellent customer service. I tried to install this on a new computer, forgetting that you can only install on 1 PC. I notified their customer service and they reset my license for me so I could use it on my new computer. They did not have to do this and could have denied my request, but they did not. Really happy with this company that responds to users’ needs.
