What a fantastic experience. We attended the Van Eats festival and asked for advise from the guys there, we had issues with the BtoB charge, they absolutely nailed the issue and were very friendly and understanding too. Excellent company and very knowledgeable about their kit. They came to my van, took all the readings and solved my problem. Phillip was a life saver. Thank you 10/10 after care and service. 👍🏻

Onvoorspelbaar systeem met onberekenbaar rendement
Ben zeer teleurgesteld. Ik heb sinds eind maart een Victron Energy thuisaccu- en omvormerinstallatie met drie Victron MultiPlus-II units en een accupakket van 32 KwH. Van het begin veel problemen. De installateur Blauvolt in Hoogezand kan daarbij niet goed helpen c.q. komen er ook niet uit. Ik heb het systeem aangeschaft omdat ik de opgewekte zonneenergie wil opslaan en gebruiken voor mijzelf. Ik heb oa warmtepomp, vloerkieling, airconditioning en een elektrische auto met grote accu. Ik wil geen dynamisch contract en wil niet handelen op de stroommarkt.Daarbij is het systeem zo ingesteld dat ik geen energie wil terugleveren aan het net als de accu nog niet vol is. Dit gebeurt desondanks wel. Ook wil ik dat ik geen stroom afneem van het net zolang de accu voldoende vol is. Ook dit lukt niet. Het systeem neemt elke dag onnodig stroom van het net. Daarnaast wordt de accu meerdere keren per week gebalanceerd. Op dit soort dagen ontregelt het systeem extra. Ik ben te einde raad. Na 5 maanden weet ik het niet meer. Ik verlies per maand tussen plusminus 100 kwh aan onnodige stroomafnames of terugleveringen. Ik had voor Victron gekozen omdat de installateur zei dat de Mercedes onder de batterijen zou zijn. Nu zit ik met een duur en onbetrouwbaar systeem met een laag rendement. Help!

Had a few reasons to seek support from Victron and received excellent service. In particular, Phil Gordon in the UK, has gone well beyond expectations, including responding to several messages over this weekend, enabling a fast resolution to an issue.

De Victron BMV700 gekocht om eindelijk…
De Victron BMV700 gekocht om eindelijk in een oogopslag het laadpercentage van mijn lifopo4 150 ah te kunnen zien. Volgens de op de website staande gegevens zou dit met grote precisie moeten kunnen. Echter bij mij geeft de BMV onzin waarden aan Het appje wat bij de accu hoort geeft overigens wel de correcte waarden aan. Heel veel(vriendelik) e-mail contact gehad,zelfs naar een servicepunt geweest om te kijken of de instellingen en montage correct waren.Een heel verhaal over hoe ingewikkeld dergelijke metingen wel niet zijn. conclusie: Dan sleutel je hem er toch gewoon weer uit! Dat vond ik een ongelovelijk flauwe opmerking. Daarom had ik dat ding niet gekocht. Wat betreft de ingewikkeldheid van eea daar heb ik toch niets mee te maken. Dat is een probleem voor Victron lijkt mij. Als je iets niet waar kunt maken zet het dan niet in de gegevens van je website. Ik voel mij misleid.

Wij nemen uw opmerkingen serieus en gaan uw bevindingen intern bespreken om beter te begrijpen wat er is gebeurd en of er verbeterpunten zijn in zowel de communicatie als de ondersteuning. Zodra we meer informatie hebben, komen we hier graag op terug.
Great interface
Great interface, direct setup from laptop, no ai during setup, no slow gimmicks. Just hiperfast old school interface. Dbus is great for cable connections from third party battery.
Ai assistant for graphics is not up to par.

Really a nice product with worthless…
Really a nice product with worthless software. Absolutely no logics to be found. Takes you back to a sort of windows 95 experience.
Devices not working together because they are not recognized.
But then i got support from some proffesionals who believe in their product.
I strongly believe now that i will get things working.

Keine Garantiereparatur da Gerät anscheinend keinen Fehler hatte
Ich habe einen 100% defekten Multiplus2 ( er riecht verbrannt und zeigt am AC in 300 volt an obwohl nur 230 volt anliegen) zur Garantiereparatur eingesendet ins Reparaturcentrum Graz. Es wurde behauptet, das das Gerät nicht defekt ist und mir wurden die Begutachtungskosten berechnet. Ich vermute, das Victron über diesen Weg die Reparaturkosten verrechnet. Es gilt die Unschuldsvermutung. RMA 487.954.
Auch in der Software wird ein Spannungeingang Fehler angezeigt.
Ich kenne mich sehr gut mit Victron 3 Phasensysteme aus und weiß was ich mache!
Wie gesagt, das Gerät hat nach verbrannter Elektronik gerochen und dann wird behauptet, das Gerät funktioniert- somit gibt Victron keine Garantie und der Kunde bleibt auf den Kosten sitzen.

J'ai acheté un mppt victron solar bluetooth qui ne fonctionne pas. Sav inexistant. Ne répondent pas aux mails et pas d'entrée tél
Impossible donc d'obtenir un remplacement de ce mppt acheté en fin d'année dernière.

Our Phoenix Inverter Smart 24/3000…
Our Phoenix Inverter Smart 24/3000 failed after 5 years and 3 months of light, intermittent use. Failure occurred when unit was powered down by remote, but connected to power. Other devices on same system (solar controllers etc) had no issue.
Examination showed an internal power supply PCB had burnt out. Interior was clean, dry, with no evidence of corrosion, moisture or barely even dust - like new. After replacing the board, internal power supplies are working (including bluetooth etc) but won't detect battery voltage. Will replace with another brand as not worth spending more time and money on something that failed so early.
I notice some of the internal components are specified with thin margins - e.g. input electrolytic capacitors are 35V while Victron spec the input voltage as up to 34V (yes, I know most systems will run in the 24 - 29V range). No input spike protection apparent etc.
My main goal is reliability. I have had experience with many inverters over the years - including three Australian-made inverters still running after 12 - 25 years 24/7 use. Also had good experience with other Victron gear. But this Chinese-made Victron just gives no confidence in its reliability.
Our local Victron service centre offered a new replacement unit at a modest discount, but required I freight the faulty unit back "for destruction" (which seems wasteful and freight negates a lot of the discount. Plus I end up with something presumably as likely to fail as the first one). They sold me a replacement second-hand power supply board - it arrived faulty but worked after I replaced the blown input capacitor (which was not the issue in the failure of the original board - which makes you think it has multiple weaknesses).
I won't pay Victron prices for a bargain-quality inverter again.

Kein Support bei Garantie, Victron Multiplus II 48/3000
Der Victron Multiplus II 48/3000 unser Inselanlage im Tinyhouse in Andalusien hatte einen Defekt und wurde von einem spanischen Installateur ausgetauscht. Die Anlage läuft wieder, so weit ist alles in Ordnung. Da das Gerät noch keine 5 Jahre alt war, möchte ich meinen Garantieanspruch geltend machen.
Der Support läuft leider nur über den ursprünglichen Händler in Frankreich, der das Tinyhouse ursprünglich ausgestattet hat. Die Händler meldet sich nach mehrmaligen online Support-Anfragen nicht bei mir.
Die 5 Jahre Garantie sind scheinbar nur ein Werbeversprechen und nichts wert, sehr ärgerlich!
Das ist ein schlechter Umgang mit dem Kunden!
Update:
Leider hat sich auch der deutsche VictronSupport bisher seit über einer Woche nicht bei mir gemeldet.
Also immer noch keine Empfehlung, Victronprodukte zu kaufen. Im Garantiefall ist man verlassen!!!

Der sehr nette Victron-Support hat sich telefonisch bei mir gemeldet und mir eine Firma in Deutschland genannt, die sich der Reparatur (hoffentlich auf Garantie) annehmen wird.
Hoffentlich verdienen sie die 5 Sterne auch wirklich.

Zuverlässiger Service auch in Südamerika
Wir haben in Südamerika eine PV-Anlage als Insellösung installiert. Während der Garantiezeit ist leider eine Komponente ausgefallen. Zum Glück konnten wir bei Victron den richtigen Ansprechpartner erreichen, der sich umgehend um einen Austausch gekümmert hat.
Der Transport einer Ersatzkomponente von den Niederlanden nach Südamerika ist naturgemäß mit einigem Aufwand verbunden. Umso erfreulicher war es, dass Victron die gesamte Abwicklung übernommen und dafür gesorgt hat, dass die Ersatzkomponente bei uns ankommt.
Ein großes Dankeschön an das Victron-Team für die unkomplizierte und kundenorientierte Unterstützung. Gerade bei einer Anlage, die weit entfernt vom europäischen Vertriebsnetz betrieben wird, ist ein solcher Service besonders wertvoll.

Je comprends mieux pourquoi ils on retiré de la vente les panneaux solaires 150watt, j'en ai acheté 4 il y a bientôt 2 ans sur myshop solaires.
Quand je l'ai et contacter pour leur dire qu'il il y avait sûrement un problème avec les panneaux solaires il mon dit que cela venait de mon branchement.
Alors qu'ils ont branchement en série sur une station solaire grand max 380watt.
C'est cool de pas reconnaître que les panneaux solaires on peut-être un soucis.
