The electrics in my overland truck were very basic, tired and had started to let us down, so it was time for an upgrade. Enter Splitcharge in Rotherham, who gave solid advice on what we needed and 2 years later I couldn't be happier with all the Victron gear we've got, absolute game changer! We recently had an issue with one of the bits of kit and Splitcharge and Victron sorted a replacemet to get us up and running again, great service all round.

Met and spoke with Phillip Gordon (Victron Sales Manager UK & Ireland) whilst at Solar and Storage Live yesterday in Birmingham. Phillip is professional and passionate about Victron as a product, brand, problem solving solution and performer which we both share, he was very informative and we had a technical discussion along with collaborating in a promotional video with my media agency whilst there at the BMS Technologies stand. Was a pleasure meeting and speaking with Phillip and hearing and seeing the developments being made with Native Microgrid at this expo stand. Credit to all at BMS Technologies too, very helpful group of people. I hope to work together with them and Victron as a brand going forward to provide robust and reliable solutions within the On-grid and Off-grid markets among others.

De omvormer heeft de geest opgegeven binnen de garantietermijn. Na melding een verzend label ontvangen voor reparatie. Reparatie duurde lang. Na navraag geaan waarom het zolang duurt. Vanuit Victron contact; excuses en uitleg over oorzaak hiervan. Daarna snelle super afhandeling. Nieuw apparaat ontvangen! Top.

Great product and excellent support in the UK

Victron is by far the best products on the market and have been for many years!! The functions it offers throughout marine, RV and any off grid system is absolutely the best!

Once installed correctly its seamless and gives peace of mind to the end user.

I switched over to Victron for my campervan power three years ago. What a huuuuge difference!! Plug and play and everything works seamlessly. From now on its always Victron for me.

The products are well made and easy to install.
Customer service is excellent

I have had a large 3 phase/ 3 MultiPlus inverter residential installation here for about a year and it has been wonderful. Now with a recent addition of the EVCS, we have the capability to charge an EV from the house battery entirely off grid amongst many other very interesting capabilities. I particularly love how open Victron is as a platform on both the hardware and software side. Do note that at full capacity these high power MultiPlus units aren't quiet and you should design your fitting space accordingly.

The Victron system is supposed to discharge automatically when the selling price is highest. It frequently fails to do so...
The system discharges prematurely during peak hours when the selling price is lower (as indicated by the system itself). Waiting just half an hour would often result in ‘earning’ an extra 2-10 cents/kWh.
Apparently, the software isn't as efficient as claimed.
There is no customer service department to report this to. The focus is primarily on sales.
Victron's comment below is invalid. All factors (such as current and predicted SoC, expected load, predicted charging capacity, etc.) were taken into account...
The issue, however, is much simpler: if the discharging had taken place half an hour later, prices would have been higher!

Victron was recommended to me and I went on to the internet to buy 2 charge controllers. There was a competitive price from Car Battery Market. Expensive but supposedly good quality.
I placed the order and paid. I received several e-mails including that they were getting the order ready to ship and included a copy of the invoice. I then got an e-mail saying the order had been refunded and I see they have put their prices up. I contacted them and they have tried to claim there is no contract between us! UPDATE: it appears that The Battery Group are not official Victron UK distributors. Just about says it all.

Al tientallen jaren goede ervaringen met acculaders en omvormers op schepen, vrachtwagens en industrie.
De laatste jaren is dit professionele merk verder gespecialiseerd in de pv installatie, accusysteem en noodstroom voorzieningen.

Philip Gordon put me in touch with Steven Golemboski-Byrne back in 2020, and just three months later I had a fully functioning 6kW solar power system installed, using Victron Energy components throughout.

The system has now been running flawlessly for over five years, and the service and support I’ve received from VE has been exceptional.

Excellent equipment, excellent service, and a system that has proven itself year after year.

I purchased all the victron componets for my rv conversion let me tell you use RENOGY you cant set it up with out a computer it 2026 for God sake i bought it it is mine make it friendly when i start boondocking and any one ask me about my solar I WILL POINT THEM IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION RENOGY

The information we picked up today is awesome so helpful. We have learnt a number of new ways to get benefit from our Victron. We also bought a charger whilst on the stand.
