Poor quality product and hideous customer service
I purchased a number of voctorian slider sash windows. The spring in one has broken and the company who fitted them has gone out of business.
Total nightmare trying to get any help and just utterly dis-interested. They gave me a number of suggested names for a repairer but when you contact them no one is interested in touching them!
It looks like I will now have to go to another firm to fit a completely new window...what a disgrace

I might just as well not rung them. after 6 attempts I got through and they told me the double glazed unit that had broken down is not covered by them to the householder. The total cost was over £7000 last year for the units and they treat me like this. Beware of this dreadful company. You WILL regret it eventually. The message on this site from them to me - and others is just to make them look good --- I'm disgusted. -----Today 07/09/2023 Please ignore this new message from this company, I have been to the "recommended" companies and they will have nothing to do with this repair job even if I have to pay -WHY, I cannot divulge their opinion Victorian sliders for legal reasons. Again ask the company you intend to deal with and insist they do not order anything from Victorian sliders - added to this I have been asked to send details of the job number it is -- 125981 - delivery note Direct view Ltd 8/13

As discussed with you yesterday, We are a manufacturer we deal with the trade only, I have explain that to you yesterday and offered you a solution is to find another installer in your area or we can recommend some in your area for you but you refused.
we can not help without a job number and the faulty window.
Victorian Sliders offer a 10 year Warranty to all our trade customers not to the end users because their are the one who bought the window from us not you.
It is all well to blame the company and the products and forget about the people that installed it for them.
AGAIN, please try to find out for me the Job Number and if you are interested, I will be more than happy to recommend one of our trusted fitters. (yes they will charge you for that but there is not much I can do from this end)

Great service from the sales support…
Great service from the sales support team in the office and Leon out on site. Faults came to light on a couple of windows more than 5 years after installation.
All faults were remedied with minimal inconvenience.
Thanks for the professional and courteous service.

Sash windows
Whenever we need sash windows we always use Victorian sliders , their product is great and the service is good. We usually deal with one person for our area which is Gracie . She is friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help. Never a dull phone call!

good company, great contact
I have dealt with Victorian sliders for a long time roughly about 7 years love the product, box sashes look nice have good functionality with being able to clean and open wished they also did wood, cant have it all i suppose :-), I have to give a special shout out to our contact at the factory Maddy who does the most to make the experience of ordering and processing as easy as possible and on the very very rare occasion you ask a question and she doesn't have the answer she will get you 1 asap
