Literally one of the worst experiences I have had dealing with this company I sent all sizes over all correct for the company to start making the product incorrectly even though everything was their in black and white holding everything g back by a
Month now the delivery driver has foned to say he can’t deliver needs to take them back and I will be hit with a delivery charge by the company … don’t quite is kniw how that works seeing as it has nothing to do with me

I had a quick slide window fitted by a company a long time ago and needed to replace a couple of parts. I contacted quick slide directly and their customer care team were amazing! Fast, responsive and sorted out my order, even when there was a bit of confusion over what was needed. They really went the extra mile!

Sash windows purchased through and installed
by Bingley Glass and Windows…installed Jan. 2024..
Informed B G and W. Of serious draught problem Dec.2025..all six sash windows…not good.
Whilst visiting three occasions they referred problem to Quickslide ..their technician visited replaced ‘wool weather strip to 10mm thickness..No improvement..Technical manager from Quickslide subsequently visited suggested..following his discreet discussion with Bingley G and W.. said a modification is available..Parts ordered by Bingley G and W..
I have no understanding of the ‘proposed modification’
or what is entailed!
Windows look good..but do not work !
Presently not fit for purpose…
Bingley G and W. Have arranged..by appointment for their technicians - fitters to revisit 6th May..to carry further remedial work..Fifth remedial Visit .
More than likely’ a thermal weakness’ difficult to open
in summer months - expansion’ - draughts winter time
severe contraction’.

Whilst this ‘going on’ other glazing and doors replaced
by another Company ..guess what ! a problem..guess what ..resolved within 72. Hours..

Modification kit’ who have fitted - intending to resolve the severe draughty (5) Sash windows issue experienced through winter past..not
good - or expected nor paid for (get it) .
At present unable to recognise any effect - seasonal and ‘understood’ temperature effect-
Fridge - oven variable contraction - expansion,
taking place..

Cooling temp. Late autumn..winter will clearly
show any benefit.
Quickslide representations suggest .. we should
have been told of their expected sash window
failings and prevailing building exposure.

Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, after ordering our bifolds on 10th July paying in full we have only just received our order today.
After paying in full I heard nothing about a delivery, I had to chase this up as I was worried I had been forgotten about. Eventually we had the bifolds delivered on the 24th July. They delivered the bifold with no glass, mistakes happen I was under the impression my glass would be delivered straight away. It was September 1st when they eventually delivered my glass after having to chase up the delivery myself. Unfortunately 1 pane was damaged, accidents happen. The annoying thing was I had to yet again chase the delivery up myself, the staff I have been dealing with haven’t been apologetic at all about the dreadful experience. I’m now glad I have finally received my full order and I won’t have to deal with these again.

From the very first enquiry about an issue with my sash window and then my contact with Kirsty through to Andy coming to fix it; the service has been excellent.
I had to wait several months for Andy’s visit due to engineer backlogs but it was well worth it as he knew exactly what he was doing and was confident he could carry out the repair, which he did with expertise and minimal disruption. He was friendly and courteous and tidied up very thoroughly afterwards.
I am so relieved to have had the problem easily resolved without having to have a new window installed (something that other companies had suggested was the only answer! ).

Excellent experience from start to finish. I dealt mainly with the lovely Jovi who worked through every aspect of the large job we placed meticulously ensuring everything was as it should be. Very easy process getting initial quote with the online portal they offer and the windows were excellent. Even the delivery drivers were great as it was a difficult delivery but they didn't moan and just got it done. We are a trade company and will continue to use quick slide for all our sliding sash windows.
