Promised to send return label but nothing happened.
Just a complete runaround with repetitive questions and no refund.
Despite guarantees all I have is a cholesterol kit that is faulty and robbed of my money!

Scammers phone number doesnt work

Ordered a torch from this company. What arrived was not the one I ordered and I suspect it was a Chinese copy of a genuine product too. It charged up and lasted about 30 minutes before going flat with 90% still showing on the so called power gauge.

They replied once to my complaint and then went silent on me. The rubbish they sold me went in the bin.

Horrible company.

Ordered two lasers torches at £159 total,
Sent me two cheap flashlights which are on their website for £29
They want me to send them back And re order,
Will be contacting credit card tomorrow for a refund, Fraudulent company

Was sold a indoor camera that does not work, took weeks to get a reply from them , sent it back and they are ignoring my emails , fake company who put fake 5* reviews next to all their products , do not buy from this website

This is a scam company. Please be aware. They have changed email to do not reply status. Item has still not arrived. This company needs investigation . Got date wrong . Change from Sept to Aug 2024

BEWARE OF THIS FAKE COMPANY
I wish I too had read these reviews before placing the ordered. I believed customers comments on their web site and ordered for smart watch mainly for Glucose meter. It is absolutely rubbish reading showing randomly which is far different then actual sugar level I took by pricking. Blood oxygen reading doesn't work at all. It is just a toy.
I PHYSICALLY CHECKED THEIR OFFICE ADDRESS MENTIONED ON THEIR WEB SITE. No such address or post code exist. Phone number is fake.
I feel myself stupid duped by these thugs.

Like the other reviews here I wish I had read this sooner. This is a con site and the goods are not worth the money, come across from China. Asked for a photo and then everything goes blank and you can't get your money back. Please what every you do dont buy from this site

This company is a total rip off.
I bought a Smart Watch that broke after a couple of months.
I have tried many times to contact them about the problem but I am being ignored.
Their Postal address does not exist.
Looking at other people's messages it is obvious that these morons are only their to rip us off.
STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS..

Wish I read these reviews sooner. Ordered a floral wreath for front door and it looked nothing like the picture or the description.

I very stupidly ordered a hand held grass strimmer and received the blade only. When constantly emailing as phone number does not work. They finally responded asking for a photo of item.
Photos sent still no reply 8 emails later.
I'm still awaiting a returns label.
DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME......

Do not use this company,
They try to get out of their own polices and warranties.
I bought a gloucose watch for my husband, it was fine at first but then a fault occurred, customer service was a joke, tried to tell me it wasn't guaranteed, didn't agree with their own polices etc,
I've since sent the watch back as requested with the promise of a replacement, I'm still waiting for the replacement. The customer service just fob you off every time.
To say I'm angry at myself for being conned in this way is an understatement.
