Carbon Steel Weed Brush & Trimmer × 1 - minus Trimmer. Tried to contact online chat over the last 24 hours but nothing. I have emailed and I received an email back to say I have to buy the trimmer separately? I have emailed again to ask about a return and refund. Very poor advertising - wont use again nor recommend.

Hearing aids arrived and were tested by myself , hearing experience was actually worse .have tried to contact company for return but no response. Will initiate complaint to my bank .

Awful products, look cheap and tacky, nothing like the picture advertised. Don’t waste your money. Can’t get hold of customer service, several emails sent, no response, online chat I’m still waiting & the number in the website doesn’t connect.

I never received my order. The courier said on the tracking they delivered my item someone was in all day and nothing got delivered to my house. I contacted ventayo to which they said the courier has delivered it I asked them where the courier delivered it to it certainly wasn't my house. They proceeded to then tell me the item was still in transit I asked them if this was the item they told me was delivered I have heard or received nothing since. They completely ignore me now after buying something from them as a gift for £35 I have never received. I wouldn't buy from this company again and I would advise anyone against it.

BUYER BEWARE!!!
Ordered a world’s brightest flashlight as a Christmas gift. Arrived in a tatty torn white box. The advert shows the wires in a nice black case. No case was received with the torch. The torch itself is not bright and certainly isn’t powerful. Don’t bother with this company. Product not as described and feels cheap. Waste of money. BUYER BEWARE!

Ventayo sent me a so called mini car tracker gos supposedly just put a sim in and do app and use in case car stokenz,actually it’s fake dosent work as tracker in fact it’s illegal as apparently it’s a bug for recording conversations according to reviews ,it’s only worth 6or 7 euros but they chsrged me £24. Also no replies to my emails asking about their 30dsy refund policy….no replies to my email. Ialso their csll centre number isn’t working supposedly 24/7 and 9am to 5pm waste of time only had 3dsys Totsl even.i will go to my bank to ask them to get payment back phil london

By publishing a tel number that is genuine..un obtainable...by answering e mails..in connection with damaged goods..and posting to a given address

I have been scammed, they sent me a different item and will not respond to either refund me or send me the correct item ordered. The item that they did send looks like an alternative non genuine item.
Avoid this company at all costs and even the UK address looks fake.

Unfortunately, I didn't check out any reviews prior to a purchase from this company. My experience is the same as expressed in the other reviews and it is obvious that their standing as a genuine company has not even reached the scale of 1 to 10. Although there has been replies to emails it is clear that there is a reluctance to issue a refund as per their "guarantee". So I have told them today that if the refund is not issued by the end of the week I will be initiating a chargeback via my bank.

Absolutely a scam company. Got ripped off for 2 expensive cushion covers. They sent me 2 cheap flimsy bits of material with the wrong colour. The actual item arrived after 3weeks. I contacted them via email, got a reply, saying that i had received them!! No further correspondence after that, when I challanged them. Alarm bells rang, then I decided, to look on Trust Pilot, unfortunately, should of done this prior to ordering. AVOID THIS FAKE COMPANY!!!!!!

Don't buy anything from this company. Item received from them faulty. Got reply to an email request for a return but since then nothing. Rubbish customer service and obviously no interest in returns.

As for previous emails, this company is a scam. I ordered two gym mats, which looked at least a 5/6 cm thick on the photo. Each cost £45. I had accidentally ordered the second one as the payment was very slow. I asked them immediately to cancel the second mat and provide a refund. It seems that the mat was stopped but I have never had the refund. The first mat arrived and was about 1cm thick and probably worth £10 at the most. I emailed and asked for a return label or 50% off the cost and where was my refund from the second mat. Guess what! I haven’t heard a thing from them since. This is a scam company and I couldn’t leave a review on their website. I assume the reviews were fake, and looking closely, they all had the same date. DO NOT buy from this scam of a company.

Reading all the other reviews I now realise that I've been had! I ordered a Cat Outdoor Solar Ultrasonic Repeller and, over six weeks later, it has yet to arrive. I sent a polite email the other day and had a polite reply, but nothing has happened. I could try phoning them of course. But the thing probably wouldn't work anyway.

The address of the company is almost a fake. It could possibly be an address, but they haven't spelt it correctly. I did a copy and Google, and found that it is a mailing address only, not an office at all. Why would anyone have an office in Mayfair when you could have a facility in Slough? I waited this long thinking it was coming from China. But no. I suspect isn't coming at all.

How can you complain about this company? As someone else has written, all the 'five star reviews' must be fake.

This company is a fraud company. They advertised a watch that could measure blood pressure on Facebook and charged £74. As it turns out the watch was actually an E600 Chinese watch selling for £25 on eBay. They initially offered a partial refund then vanished. The product is useless but at least I got something for my money. Buyer beware of this scam.

I received wrong item. Communication with seller completely rubbish. Seller wants me to send item back somewhere to the Spain?? And they want me to pay for delivery. Completely ridiculous.
In my opinion it is scam. Avoid it.

ordered hearing aids paid never received them and no way of getting money back,phone number is useless emails just sent by computer. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OUTFIT buy from british firms.
