This company is a farce. I ordered a garden sculpture which looked great on their website but was cheap tat when it arrived. I requested a refund the day the item arrived and eventually got a reply asking for a photo of the item. I had no response to this until I asked my bank to dispute the transaction. Funnily enough now I've had a return label and emails asking me to reverse the charge back.........no chance! My advice is if you can't get a refund go through your bank.

I bought a very cheap brand new metal detector for £100, it works and for the money paid it was a fair price. Thankfully imine was a good experience.

Do not part with any money to fill the pockets of these rogues… like a mug I bought a ‘cheap all singing all dancing’ hearing aid. 3 weeks in they stopped working. Sent them back in pre paid packaging they sent me and they did not respond for around a month. Eventually they did asking me for purchase receipt ! They sent it to me but I sent what they asked for. Anyway after another 4 emails and I’ve had no replacement, no refund and they are ignoring my emails. So money down the drain to these unscrupulous scumbags. I should have read reviews so lesson learned…..avoid like the plague please!!!!!!!!

Absolutely horrendous
Do not ever buy from this company, damaged product arrived with no box,asked repeatedly for return barcode and no replys ,now taking legal action against them.
I will never ever use them again.
100% Scamming thieves.

ZERO STARS - USE VENTAYO AT YOUR PERIL!! SCAMMERS AND THIEVES!! The garden fairy sculpture I ordered was nothing like the photo or as described on Ventayo's website, looked 3D arrived it was 2D. Very poor quality. Numerous requests for return instructions and refund have been totally ignored.

I ordered stuff worth 70£ came such poor quality made in China not worth 10£ now they r not communicating and wasted my money never buy from this scam site

I was on Etsy when I came across ventayo shop where I purchased 2 garden fairy sculptures cost of £62.96 when arrived they were damaged and of very bad quality as were both damaged I contacted ventayo and was sent a returns label they were returned on the 3/12 /24 and now all my emails are being ignored as don’t want to refund me just scammers ,I have spoke with Etsy unfortunately they cannot help me as somehow ventayo is not on there selling site .SCAMMERS……

If I could leave no stars I would! I purchased a hairdryer which arrived with a European plug, not one which is UK compliant.
I emailed to request a refund and received a reply asking for photographic proof. I provided this and despite several attempts to pursue a return I've not heard anything further. My emails have not been replied to.
I would not recommend purchasing from this website.

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY SELL FAULTY PRODUCTS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. PLEASE AVOID IT.

One star because I can’t give anything less. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY They lie. They claim delivery with in 3-4 days but this is a complete lie. Then when you cannot get a response from contacting them.
I ordered something on 9th dec it finally arrived 21 st dec.
I emailed them over 10 times nothing not a single acknowledgement let alone answer my queries. The site doesn’t tell you it’s a Chinese company I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Yet to receive order, this is a review of the process.
Company is really based in China and direct ships from there. I placed my order for an item that was in stock and had express shipping included free. I'm in UK.
Two days after ordering it has finally been dispatched and is now somewhere in mainland China. Predicted delivery 14 days after ordering.
So an in stock item with "express" delivery will arrive after Christmas. Items ordered from UK companies on the same day arrived 2-3 days after ordering.
I don't yet know what the quality of the item will be when it arrives but I can say I regret placing the order with this company because they misrepresent or obscure how their business actually operates and how long delivery will take. I will never use them again.

Just to add to the fun, they almost force you to use the "Shop" app by Shopify to track the package. In order to do that, you have to give Shop an awful lot of access to your email account. I don't like Chinese companies reading my email (even if they promise it's for tracking only) and would not use this company again for this reason as well.

Did not receive my goods, emailed numerous times but they haven't replied. DO NOT use this company

Wish I’d read these reviews on trust pilot instead of those on their website. As like many others trying to get a refund is a joke. They are ignoring my emails and the telephone no just rings off. DONT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

Ordered a garden ornament from ventayo which I received, damaged. I emailed the company on 3rd November. Asked for refund. Several emails later I received the returns label and I returned on 14th November. Since the I have repeatedly asked for the refund but they do not respond/ reply. The phone no shown does not work.

Bought a glucose monitor watch which was really cheap and nasty. The strap did not fit properly and has broken the first time I wore it. Absolute rubbish.

Tried to get advice and help for hearing device which did not work. No response to several emails and phone number unavailable. Disgusted and wish I had read reviews first. No one should order anything from this scam company. We will now get bank involved.

I ordered a smart watch from this company which, on receipt, I found to be incompatible with my mobile phone. My requests by email for return and refund have been totally ignored and there is no customer service telephone number.

I too wish I'd read previous reviews before buying. Obviously a scam and one to avoid.

Well well well... I see the scammers are scamming others as well! September 2024 l purchased a tracker that I didn't like and asked for a refund. Back and fourth we went until they agreed to refund me, once they received my returned item they ignored and made excuses for weeks. This went on for 1 month until I got my bank involved. My bank ended up refunding me and now are chasing them for the funds. you wouldn't believe the company tried reaching out asking me to cancel the charge-back from the bank and they will refund me. Lol

What a flipping joke
