Great customer service
Great quality and awesome prices

Excellent service, good quality and prices that no one else can compete with. I’ve found my new designer shop😁

Don’t even hesitate, these guys are the real deal

10/10

Excellent genuine items, fast delivery well packaged, great communication. Will use again thank you

Purchased a “palm angels” hoody and “Gucci” hoody and got refunded months later when I found out, can’t say exactly what because they will report my review so I’ll put it this way if you have purchased anything from this company please get it checked out and by someone who knows, I did and hence why I got a refund, it’s a shame this day and age when you get problem like this and Trustpilot can’t even let me write and honest review, all seems fishy to me even with evidence I gave them so once again please be careful

Very good site, quality items and fast delivery

Fab prices ! Came next day delivery which was unexpected. The quality is really good and comes with original packaging. Would definitely order again .

Ordered from here once but the item arrived on time and in great condition will defo use vector designer clothing ltd again

Customer service and after care is first class!

Not do they do the best deals online (black friday or not), they have excellent customer service to suit all your wants and need. Whether you message via email or shop app the reply time is very quick.

All in all quick professional service all whilst saving you hundreds of £££’a

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Swapped a hoodie that didn’t fit for 2 T shirts. Fast replies easy exchange process and the quality of the clothes from this company are so much better than other online stores I’ve ordered from. Thanks very much Vector

Order from Vector again amazing service and delivery was on time the product is absolutely perfect thanks

Ordered 3 t shirts and with designer tops they do vary in size. Had to cancel a 4th due to trying on one of the same make and then knew it would be too big. Spoke to an agent on the chat and no issues it was canceled and a refund given. Great shop 1st class service and i wont go anywhere else now. Excellent prices compared to other designer shops

As always top quality service my favourite retailer to deal with

I've used this company 3 or 4 times now and I've had no problems, great clothes at great prices.
I also found the free delivery was very quick tbh it came the next day carnt complain at that.

Third time I'm ordering from the site and everything was as expected. Prompt delivery and quality of my purchase was excellent. Will keep referring people .

Excellent would highly recommend to others to use this wonderful online store
Good prices and good quality items ……………………….

Ordered a few items off here now and the delivery and customer service is bang on! Well recommend 👌

Avoid like the plague. This company sells counterfeit garments and attempts to lure you in with their pricing. Do not waste your time and money. When discovering the items are fake I raised this issue and was told that I would be given replacements or a credit note that would not be accepted as I have already seen that they sell counterfeit goods therefore why would I bother exchamge for more fake items? I have had a number of items verified as counterfiet amd am currently issuing court proceedings against this merchant as they have acted dishonestly and are selling fake garments. Very shady and untrustworthy. I wish I could not even award 1 star for these scammers.

Some telling signs in case you think im ranting. They have no Instagram or any way of reviewing on Google any reputavle company in 2022 thrives off of this type of customer engagement therefore why would they only allow you to review on trustpilot (with an offer of a discount if you guve a good review) they have also blocked me on Facebook since I have shared my experience, companies that operate so discreetly should scrutinised and extra care shkuld have been taken by myself before entertaining these scammers.

Overall these people are disgusting, they tried to get my review taken down but trustpilot saw the evidence. They will tryvsilence you by blocking and going silent so please think carefully before parting with your hard earned money amd tske those "star" reviews with a pinch of salt and ask thise reviewers hiw much discount they were given for their dodgy reviews!

Excellent selection. Amazing customer service. I had to send my coat back as it did not fit how I would have liked. They returned it back to me with the correct size.
Will definitely be ordering some more stuff soon.
