I purchased my Vaultek safe in 2024, and when an issue popped up with the keypad, I reached out to their support team. Working with Grace was easily one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

She responded quickly, gave clear instructions for troubleshooting, and provided a prepaid return label without any hassle. When my original unit couldn't be repaired, they promptly added a Certified Refurbished replacement to their shipping queue and sent over the new FedEx tracking number.

It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products and warranty so seamlessly. Excellent product quality backed by an even better support team. Highly recommend Vaultek!

Excellent customer service from Vaultek! I needed replacement keys for my safe after realizing I had most likely accidentally thrown the originals away when I first received it. Their support team made the process of getting new keys ordered quick and easy. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure I had everything I needed to get the issue resolved.

Great products are important, but having excellent support when you need it makes an even bigger difference. Very impressed with Vaultek’s customer service and would definitely recommend them.

I had purchased a refurbished safe and was immediately impressed with the build quality and functionality! It met my requirements perfectly! After several months, my refurb model had some issues. I reached out to Vaultek customer support and that same day they responded and took action. They shipped out a brand new newer model safe to replace my refurb at zero cost to me! I was blown away by the customer service...this is a company to get behind and support. They do it right!

I spent a good amount of years in the Customer Service realm, working for L.L. Bean in Maine; 15 years to be exact. So I can tell when a company is providing world-class service to their customers, and I also can tell the difference to those that promise but don't deliver. My experiences with Vaultek c.s., and with Morgan in particular, were outstanding. Patient, knowledgeable, and professional at every turn. Well done people.

The app only synced for the initial set up. After that it quit working. I deleted the app and reinstalled it as suggested by the company. Now I can’t even sign in.

Had to reach out to support for something that was my own fault and they responded within minutes and helped me quickly and effectively solve the issue. I’ve never had customer service as quick or as helpful

I recently purchased a Vaultek safe and it’s great! I got the one that looks like an alarm clock and I love it. But, more importantly, the young man who guided me on my buying journey from the company, Brandon, was outstanding! As buyers, customer service can make all the difference. He was friendly, prompt, helpful, and cordial. He followed up with me about my experience and was. True class act. That’s true customer service and I appreciate him!

Brandon did a good job today helping me set up my DS5i safe. At first I was highly considering returning after getting frustrated when the WiFi feature did not work setting up, but after his help and guidance I feel more inclined to keeping it and looking forward to in the future when I get wifi in my house I can set up and use the VISN features he said would work within a 20 foot range near the safe. Im looking forward to putting Vaultek loyalty and firmness to the test in the future when that happens.

first of all I have to say in Vaultek quality workmanship can’t be matched. From the moment I took the safe out of the box I was extremely satisfied with the product. Unfortunately, I encountered a small issue with power source and the unit itself. On doing some research I found out it’s not common at all. But what made my experience great is how amazing Vaultek handled everything as a company by standing by their product. I never once felt like I was alone. I reached out to let them know what was going on, and immediately the support team took action and completely and professionally handled the situation. I look forward to future purchases from Vaultek. Not only do they make great products for those of us that like high-tech. But their attention to customer service and professionalism will keep me as a returning customer.

I can't say enough about the phenomenal customer service experience that I had with Vaulttek. Being in law enforcement, I knew it was important to have a secure way to store my bedside firearm so family members could not have access. I purchased a Vaulttek biometric safe and it worked perfectly. I was able to access my equipment quickly and easily, but my children could not. When the device had some minor issues (probably related to a power surge at our home) Vaulttek worked with me quickly to replace the unit.

I can't say enough positive things about the product and the customer service. Both are exceptional and will absolutely influence my decisions in making future purchases.

Junk! Quit working and I have a gun and knife locked in the POS. Don't buy

I owned several of these safes. I recently bought a barricade safe and was having problems setting up the four digit code. After trying about an hour, I finally reached out to Brandon at VAULTEK and he walked me through the process seamlessly. What a great guy.

I had lost my key and forgot the combination to my vaultek 1.0 gunsafe. Vaultek customer service went above & beyond trying to assist me with this problem. Unfortunetly, I was unable to obtain the P/N which was located inside the locked unit. After several emails between us; Vaultek offered a refurbished unit- due to me inevidebly having to breach the unit forcefuly to gain access to my firearm.
They were professional, understanding, engaged in following through to my satisfactory resolution.

I contacted Vaultek Support after the wireless Qi charger on my DS2i Smart Station stopped working.

As I live in France, my safe was technically outside their US warranty coverage. Despite this, Travis and the Vaultek Support Team went above and beyond to help and offered to replace my discontinued DS2i with a brand-new NDS2i, asking me to cover only the international shipping cost.

Excellent customer service and a very generous solution. This kind of support really builds confidence in a brand.
