Valla's free monthly webinars have been a life-safer for me. I keep mentioning Valla to the barristers and solicitors I speak to, as I honestly can’t recommend your services and kind support highly enough. You’re definitely helping me get through this horrendous period in far better shape than I otherwise would have been.

I came across Valla while looking for guidance with an employment issue, and honestly, they’ve been brilliant. The platform is easy to use, the information is clear, and the team behind it actually understand what people are going through and most importantly it's a lot less pricey than full legal representation.

I used the Valla website to organise documents, track evidence, and get advice on how to present things clearly and professionally. It really helped me feel more in control and less overwhelmed, especially with something as stressful as an employment case where I'm representing myself.

The way everything is laid out makes it easy to keep track of deadlines and build your case step by step, and the templates and examples are genuinely useful, not generic filler like some other sites.

I have recently used their Case Merit Assessment and it was extremely helpful! After the 1 hour meeting I was sent a compressive report of my case with guidance on what is and what isn’t likely to succeed. I was then given lots of tip and pointers on what I can do to strengthen the bits of my care that were not as strong as they could be.

The support from the Valla team has also been excellent. They’ve been responsive, kind, and really human about everything. I’m very grateful for the help and definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with an employment issue or preparing for a tribunal.

I really hope that this review will change in a few months time - I want to give it 5 stars seriously. Currently I’m very, very on the fence - some of the advice I’m getting feels flat, withheld or reluctant, and that I really need to work hard to prompt the right questions to get any advice/feedback from the “legal experts”, I find this quite draining and that I’m wasting minutes (now adding to hours gone).

I bought a large package with many hours, but I don’t really go away feeling that the sessions have been particularly helpful - after each session I feel unsatisfied and not really empowered.

Uploading the documents ect, on the Valla platform at first seems useful - but as time has gone by it really does feel the “legal experts” don’t take the initiative to look at the documents beforehand, to try understand the “clients” and the case they’re providing “advice” to.

I hope my experience will change, but right now it’s far below my expectations unfortunately. The only very real positive are the admins who are very responsive.

It’s rare to find a team that is both highly competent and deeply human. Valla supported me through a very challenging period at work. I've paid for a private solicitor that was more than double the cost of Valla's Merits Assessment and Valla was far better value cause it offers so much for so little which is important cause legal costs can get super expensive.

Organised my call on the weekend with a coach were I was listened to, helped to understand which claims had strength and answered any questions or concerns I had about taking my ex-employer to court . Only felt that in my circumstance the estimation about settlement was a tad too conservative (which understandable, somewhat complex case and couldn't go over everything) but to me the value was in knowing my claims and arguments to take forward.

Yes you can do a lot of stuff with ChatGPT these days but Valla's templates for legal documents are brilliant! They break it down to managable parts to let you know what to write and then puts it all together to produce professional legal documents without involving lawyers at all! Their platform makes it really easy to collect evidence and timelines that can be linked to these documents so I remain organised and focused.

There is plenty of free information on their website, social media and the monthly group sessions are really fab.

I am so so thankful that this service exists to empower the little guy to stand up to employers and their awful behaviour. Whatever my outcome, Thank you Valla!! Workers, know you rights and talk to VALLA!

Valla have been so insightful - they have supported me through what is a very difficult time for me. Their prices are so reasonable, but it's their knowledge of Employment Tribunal Processes that is the best. All of the advisors have legal knowledge in employment law. An outstanding team of wholly decent human beings, dedicated to supporting workers to fight for their legitimate rights. EVERY person I have dealt with, for almost a year, has supported me and continuously boosted my self belief when I have almost given up. Without Valla- I would have struggled to succeed in settling my claim successfully without going to tribunal - which was my preference. The coaching packages are what I found the most useful. The merits assessment is useful too- but i would do this after the preliminary hearing.

I worked with an advisor called James for nearly a year. He was wonderful! Patient, calm, reassuring and very knowledgeable. Every time we spoke I felt empowered and less stressed. His advice and guidance - specifically throughout the without prejudice discussions (a process I found very tricky) - was crucial. I successfully settled 3 months before tribunal with terms I was happy with. This was partly down to James sage advice and encouragement to not back down. I am very grateful.

Communication with Jade was always excellent and quick. The platform is easy to use and it helps you build a timeline for your case and upload essential documents. Once I built my timeline I could refer back to it whenever I needed to refresh my memory. Your valla coaches also use your timeline during consultations and calls. Super useful!

Additionally, if you follow Valla on TikTok and YouTube, they post interesting conversations with tribunal experts and litigants. They also host free online webinars - just sign up via their website.

All in all- I highly recommend Valla if you are a litigant in person!

Honestly these guys are amazing. It's like a legal advice/coaching and therapy session rolled into one. The admin team Jade and Danny really go out of their way to organise a tailored service for you and respond quickly and patiently and politely.

My coach Isabelle is perfect, the chilled out voice of reason I need during a very stressful time. She is so knowledgable and so great at understanding the legal issues and putting them in a straightforward way I never could. She also helps me to interpret the actions of the other side so that I don't get too worried about every little thing that happens.

I was overwhelmed after my dismissal from work. Came across Valla and started to rapidly gain confidence and knowledge about my employment claim and how I should work through the Tribunal processes.

I have limited financial resources and thought carefully about the coaching packages. I booked a session and came away reassured about the immediate actions I needed to address within a tight deadline. I will be using the coaching again and extremely pleased I came across the Valla website!

I used all of Valla's online tools for in excess of 18 months. I watched all webinars, I used their templates, I attended a monthly Employment Tribunal Support groups, as well as personalised coaching from Naa.
I took my claim to Judicial Mediation and I won. Valla helped me every step of the way! Naa was friendly, supportive and more importantly she made me feel like I could do it. Jade helped me so much to coordinate my Valla experience with efficiency and was hugely supportive in her email communications. The support groups made me feel less alone and isolated along the way.
I would recommend Valla to anyone needing to know what to do from first grievance through to taking out a claim and beyond.
My only regret is that I did not find them earlier on in my journey!

Coaching - William Thompson I had coaching with William & he honestly was so helpful. I wanted help adding a respondent on to my claim and he gave me so much advice and went above and beyond in helping me with my documents and advice. I will be arranging more hours when it comes to my preliminary hearing!

Booking appointments - Jade at Valla was so prompt with booking and both days I managed to get appointments booked same day! She was very thorough in checking in with me.

Very happy with service so far and a lot cheaper than using solicitor firm.
