Good buying experience, with two items swiftly dispatched to us. Both boxed and well protected. I've no experience of any after sales support, but what I've seen has been very good indeed.

No proof of purchase was provided
Fast delivery.
I was not provided with proof of purchase like an invoice etc., so I could not upload it to Samsonite’s registration page. I sent an email to them but it was ignored.
In the meantime, I got an invoice from the shop. Thanks for that. Despite they say they resent it to me, that was the first time I received an invoice from them, and I checked the spam folder as well.
Anyway, it’s reassuring that they sorted out this issue.
