I had a problem with our Vado concealed shower controller and they sorted it out very quickly, including sending me a free replacement part. Absolutely brilliant.

Friendly and very helpful in helping me find the correct parts. I had a leaking shower that was installed around 13 years ago. The range of cartridges for bathroom fittings is large and confusing, and after ordering the wrong one I contacted Vado support with photos of the old cartridge to ask if they could identify which was the correct one. They responded quickly with the correct part number and a list of stockists where it could be sourced.

I’m a plumber working with Vado products at the moment and the tiny screws for SKU:
CAM-140-SBR are a nightmare, very poor design and the hexagonal shape of the screw head gets destroyed because the inside thread is too narrow and once you apply too much force it breaks and the whole set is ruined because of a tiny piece of. 110£ per item and we already have 14 with this specific problem that we are obliged to throw in the trash.

The aftersales dept was exceptional. Telephoned requesting possible spare apart under guarantee.

We had an excellent experience with Vado. Knowing that most of their products come with a 15-year warranty already gave us confidence in the quality of the brand.
We recently experienced an issue with our shower handle leaking, and identifying the correct replacement part proved to be quite challenging. From the moment we contacted Vado’s aftercare team, the service was outstanding. Steve, the Aftercare Manager, personally took the time to call us, carefully listened to the issue, and fully understood the problem before taking action.
Steve went above and beyond to identify the exact part needed and arranged for it to be delivered to us the very next day. What truly set the experience apart was his continued support — he followed up with us, provided reassurance, and stayed involved until the issue was completely resolved and everything was working perfectly.
It is rare these days to receive such attentive and genuine customer service. We were extremely impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and commitment shown throughout the entire process.
A sincere and special thank you to Steve for his exceptional support and for going the extra mile to make sure the problem was fully resolved. Vado’s aftercare service is truly outstanding.
