I turned n the taps on my bath and left it running, after 5 minutes I returned only to find it had no water in it. After investigating I found that the bath plug had stayed down but was leaking.I tried to unscrew the top of the plug but it wouldn’t budge.s So l contacted Vado I was quickly dealt with and within a few minutes I received an email with the part number. Thank you Lucy for your help.

A washbasin tap, fitted at least 20 years ago, has started making awful squeaks when operated, although otherwise it still worked well. We sent the shop where we bought it photos, including the name Vado, so they contacted Vado customer service who identified the model and the make / model no. of the cartridge. A few days later I bought the replacement cartridge from the dealer.
That's where the problem started. Vado customer service offered excellent advice on getting the old cartridge out until I ground to a halt as the 20 odd year old cartridge was stuck in the tap and finally broke leaving just the lower plastic part jammed firmly inside. Ging back to Vado customer service on Friday, they offered to send a replacement tap. At 10.00 on Saturday morning it was delivered on the opposite side of England and, by lunchtime it was fitted and working fine with no squeaks.

The tap was covered by the manufacturer's two-year free warranty. I received a new cartridge in the post within two days. I was also provided with easy-to-follow installation instructions. The tap works perfectly now. Thank you!

Super smooth customer service when I contacted them (Andrew) regarding a faulty valve under warranty in the bathroom taps. No hassle whatsoever and agreed to send out replacement valves that day which I received within 24hrs, thanks!

Lucy (in engineering support) and Jarryd (the engineer) couldn’t have been more helpful, they ordered the part and had it sent directly to our house (despite a hiccup of a part not being available Lucy sorted this and got one sent with fast track shipping), and Jarryd was incredibly helpful showing me the issue and explaining how he was resolving it (and again despite the hiccup of his sat nav sending him to a completely different address because we’ve moved into a new build and the sat nav/maps systems haven’t caught up yet. I was constantly kept up to date, given accurate timescales, and was phoned just prior to the visit to ensure all the details were correct and to help Jarryd find our house. Couldn’t have been a more positive experience, especially given the bad press that new build developments get in terms of addressing snags this experience has completely exceeded my expectations.

The shower cartridge for our Vado shower got rusted and stopped turning for the temperature. I contacted them for a replacement and they said it was now out of warranty, yet as a gesture of goodwill, they're sending out a replacement.

Very friendly and efficient company.
I had a leaking tap which is 6 years old yet they provided me with the replacement parts free of charge.
I didn’t even have to ask!
What a pity more companies don’t have a similar approach to customers.

I had excellent support from the help desk and a very speedy response when I wrote in. It turned out that my products were under warranty and replacement parts arrived within 48 hours. Hard to imagine how it could have been better.
